goSTOPS Nainital " Backpackers estate issituated on a mountain hill of plush Ayarpatta in Mallital locality of Nainital . A 2 wheeler is required if commuting regularly to various sightseeing places as there is no public transport.Excellent clubhouse having Billiards table and a " Home Theatre".Manager Mr Abhishek.Saini was very helpful and they also have bonfires for guests.

As i understand that early check-in is subject to availability as per hotel policy but check-in timing should be 11 or 12 that's would be very convenient for travelers. As i went there from gurgaon and reached there 7am but as per standard timing is 1pm, they suggested to wait in waiting are for 6hrs. It's just a hostel.

Service is really poor.rooms shown on Google or aap is not true. I booked a private deluxe room,but trust me it looks like a dome even they can't provide us water ,towel etc. Worst experience pls dont go there . Go stops are worst n even their staff don't have maners to talk.

We recently stayed at this homestay, and while the room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, there were a few areas for improvement. The location on google maps is incorrect, which made it difficult to find. Additionally, there is no signage or directional markers in nearby squares to guide guests to the property. The food served was disappointing as it appeared to be frozen and lacked freshness. Addressing these issues could enhance the overall guest experience, as the potential for this homestay is certainly there.

The services are not upto the mark, there is only one washroom for 10-12 people, in common area neither pool has balls, no uno cards, nothing, even the bonfire was very small.

This is a terrible and horrifying stay. The place is so dirty and unhygienic. We can never have this food. I am suffering from food poisoning after having food. Staff is so rude and unprofessional i want my money refund for this booking. Never come to this place
