The stay was great, except few electricals not working, such as ac remotes, tv. Great service by manoj rawat, great food. Great hospitality

I am so sad to say, this is one of my first 1 star reviews. This was a place I will never return to. I will start with the positives, because there were some. Positives: - the staff was very friendly and accommodating - I asked to move rooms and they did so. - they did their best to resolve my complaints and handled it kind and professionally. - the (outside) grounds are beautiful Negatives: - the first room i was put in was absolutely disgusting. it smelled of mold, there were hairs all over my sheets & pillows, the bathroom had stuff (see pictures) all over the walls, I'm not sure the bathroom has ever been cleaned. The pipes were leaking water all over the bathroom. - I asked to be moved rooms to someplace cleaner and they did, this room honestly wasnt much better, but i didnt think I would get sick from the mold. - the walls were still dirty, I had to sanitize the toilet before sitting down - my top door lock did not work I am very sad to say this place did not meet my expectations at all. While I realize this was a cheaper accommodation, cleanliness did not need to be sacrificed. I think this property has potential, as all the old reviews show it was a wonderful place. But it is since extremely run down and not cared for. I highly recommend the staff put some serious cleaning into the property to make it a nice place again.
