Situated in the hills of Pangot, this resort is what you need to escape your mundane life. From the main road you have to walk downhill for a few meters till you reach the gate. It’s a beautiful property with rooms, family cottages, games room, dining area. Each room is named after a bird. The room entrance faces the peaks, offering a spectacular view of the valley. The food is something to talk about- be it a simple dal-aloo gobhi or the elaborate Kumaoni thali, everything that we tasted was delicious. We couldn’t have enough of the poori sabji during breakfast. The people here are always ready to help with anything you need. As we wanted to do some local sight-seeing, they arranged a car for us.
