Poor housekeeping. No water is provided in the room post multiple Poor service, staff is rude. Food is repeated in lunch and dinner. Washroom is not that good with water leaks. Room is spacious but floor is broken with multiple cracks. Also location is very far from Corbett park.

Very poor Service. House keeping not cooperative. Not even providing cool water. After calling numerous times person comes to give normal water and then disappears. Big rooms but AC not working properly. Worst cooling. Room cleaning not done at all.

The washrooms are dirty. No cleanup in the pool. The rooms are not clean. Door locks are broken. Not a good experience. Poor quality crockery into dining.

Resort staff is extremely polite and well-mannered. Resort was very neat & clean all services excellent and food also tasty stay totaly good.

Poor property condition, light fluctuatues continuously, no light during night and since the property was huge and have garden areas from reception to room. They just turn off all lights. , no wifi, dish was not recharged
