Very very bad and poor experience with you, bad behaviour of staff, dirty bathroom, no bathroom sleepers, demand extra money at the time of checkout for extra person in one room, they dont provide extra blanket and matress. Staff shouting on customer at the time of checkin wheather give extra money for extra person in one room or leave.

Property is on very bad location, very much inside the colony, u have to drive very much down' way to reach hotel, not very easy to reach there. Bathroom fittings not working. Room was smelling badly

Bathroom was not clean, leakage from the tap. Bedsheets were dirty. Too expensive price for the room in comparison with cleanliness and ambience of the room.

Very unprofessional attitude. No amenities like dental kit etc. Very far from mall road
rooms are stinky & bathroom is also not as par. No heater is provided. Food is also not good. Not recommended at all. Not recommended at all. Wi-fi is not working there. So far from lake

Very average property, rooms were okayish there were no heaters and the washrooms are pretty bad. This is 20-30 mins walk from mall road

अगर नैनीताल में कही hotel नही मिल रहा हो,तब ठीक है, वरना ऊपर आने जाने के लिए अलग से गाड़ी के charges लगेंगे,wi fi काम नही कर रहा था,गर्म पानी भी नही आ रहा था,हीटर facility मांगने पर भी नही दी गई, room service ठीक है, खाने की क्वालिटी average है, आस पास कोई rastaurent नही के बाहर जा कर खा सकें,
