Stay was good , but little bit unsatisfied with the housekeeping department as they were not taking the facilities seriously, rest food was good and rooms were clean. Hence ambience was wonderful . This place is not baby friendly. Feeding table for kid was not there . Nisha ji and Iswar in kitchen was a nice person in restaurant, he was quite cooperative.there is a scope for management.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. A special thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Biplove Roy, who was very kind, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Highly recommended!

Recently stayed at this property and I must say this is one of the best properties in and near Nainital. It is about 20 kms away from Nainital so if you want peace and quiet then this is the place to be. The staff here is amazing. The best thing is their food which is made fresh and delicious. Rooms are well maintained, washrooms are neat and clean. Definitely worth a Stay. Specially thanks to Mr. Biplove Roy Front office manager nice person and helping nature. Thanks to everyone 👍
