This hotel is discriminatory to foreign travelers. There is no hot water kettle, no air conditioner, no daily cleaning. Their price is double that of other similar hotels who do happily welcome foreign guests. Their management claimed it was an issue with local rules which obviously was a lie because other better and very close by hotels in nainital (on the lake) happily accepted us for half the price. Customer service is a big zero here.

One of my worst experience in my life terrible room with the services room size like a bathroom for 2 person with bad smell over the place. After requesting they not changed the room worst staff ever

The location of the hotel is the best, it's on the mall road. The room bed was small. Else everything was fine.

Very poor room service. We stayed there for 2 days. Nobody came for room cleaning. They were charging extra for water bottle, provided single bottle for two days. When we arrived there we asked for toothbrush, hotel staff told us that it is chargeable and they even asked for tip. No complementary tea and al

The hotel was average, they do not provide even iron in the room, basic toiletry was missing in one room. Overall it was ok ok experience. The rooms were super small.
