lack of hygiene in room, crockery was not cleaned. room was dirty, although staff was good. it was costly considering facilities they are providing

Stay was average but view from balcony is amazing. easily accessible from mall road.
room service was good, a bit issue of cleanliness but was manageable.

1. no proper wifi in the room at all 2. no mobile network in the room
3. washroom exhaust fan not working 4. blanket are dirty

The location was good and the property is also very good but the management is very poor and hot water only comes from 8-11 AM and this is also not fixed if you're lucky you'll get it otherwise you'll have to deal with the cold water. No kettle provided. I have booked it in April so the weather is not soo cold but not sure how people are going to deal with this in winters.

It was a very good and pleasant experience staying at Prim Rose, Yogesh on the reception was quite supportive and helpful in accommodating our requirements.
The room was well maintained and was far better than the photos on the App.
The view from the balcony was absolutely marvellous, good for sitting and having a cup of tea and breakfast.
Budget friendly as well. The location is very convenient to travel nearby.
Good parking space as well as compared to other properties here.

lesser facility as offer in site , old property hot water supply is limited 8am to 11am only when temperature in night drop to 11 degree

location is very good near Lake and easily approachable, I don't try food in hotel, amenities and services are good.
