I will not write so positively about our stay very quickly, this based on a stay of 2 nights. Just pleasantly pleasant. The restaurant was very good, and adapted dishes per person, to personal taste. Breakfast package was prepared, because we left at 06.00.
Suggestion: the soft drinks cooled would be nice (ice cubes were offered). In the room at the long desk ***** the wall, please 1 or 2 power outlets to connect your laptop and such.

Lovely hotel based in Nainital. It is based around 5 km away from the mall road. Food was great and so was the service.. special mention to Manoj Bisht who was very helpful. They need to have a policy for noisy guests though who roam through corridors shouting and while having dinner. Also their wifi was very bad throughout the stay which was something they need to work on.

The overall experience was quite pleasant. It all Started with a very sober and pleasent checkin experience with the staff at the front desk very cooperative and understanding. The place where we enjoyed the most was the dining area. Mr. Manoj, manager of the catering services was very helpful and understanding and attended to us personally. The boys attending us - Manoj, Pushkar, Lalit, Abhishek, Rahul, Vishnu, Pradeep were always ready to serve, their pleasent behaviour was noteworthy. The chef- Riddhi, Ayushman, Sandeep and all others were always taking active interviews to take our views and serve us in an appropriate manner. Looking forward to further visit. Wishing all the staff a very successful future.

Amazing authentic food. Had really great experience. The staff was very courteous. Special mention to Manoj Bhist ji, made our experience even more special. Definitely will come back & recommend others. Regional thali is a must try & really delicious.

Stayed for two nights. The resort was very good, neat and clean and service was also very good. Mr Manoj Bisht at the Tadka restaurant was very helpful and made sure all our requirements were fulfilled. We had a small baby and Me Manoj made proper arrangements for baby food. Would love to vist again. Rating - 4.5/5

The location was excellent and room very comfortable.Staff services namely Adithyan and Pushkar was excellent. The food was very tasty.The restaurant having good atmosphere and staff behaviour was good.The family can enjoy very well.
