Had an amazing stay at this resort. Just a word of caution to travellers using Google maps to reach this location it is too difficult and confusing. Hence please prefer the native option of asking people and then reaching this place else you could get fine for going onto a no entry Road.

Hi this is Sanjiv and it was a horrible experience with your property, I would recommend no one should go to this property , fraud and many things I want to say , last month I made a booking on call for 2 rooms for me and my family they said it's done , I reached their and they said their is no booking on your name , I was shocked that I am their with my family and how can you deny , it was so embarrassing after that I know how I managed , never ever I ll recommend this property **********

Excellent hospitality, superb food, mind-blowing ambience, fantastic location, very polite and decent staff behaviour, only a weak point is that gam room timings, kids game timing is from 11 am to 5 pm & adults game timeing is 11am to 8 pm, which is useless for peoples who went for sightseeins. Many times it closes before closing time too.

Room was not worth it for 10k+ amount. We booked luxury tant which was at-least 4 floors above from the ground without lift and for everything you have to climb it. 2km distance from the mall road.

Resort has to be more cautious about hygiene. The quality of food needs to be improved and buffet has to be more rich in varities. Thanks

Resort location is very remote and confusing. Also food is super expensive and not that tasty at all. All activities are paid which are mentioned in amities. Dont trust what u see on mmt. Staff is also not that welcoming

Awesome place. Great ambience. Tasty food and a lavish breakfast spread which changes daily. Live music during breakfast and dinner. But most important staff are a backbone to success of any place and staff here always have a smile and go an extra mile to make ur trip worth while.
