Seclude Pangot, Perch

Had a great time at the property. The staff is really helpful and nice. We were hosted by Mr. Hemant and Mr. Sachin who were really sweet. The food was also very nice. The place is pretty close by to the mall road and there’s a beautiful waterfall nearby as well to explore.

A beautiful location with scenic views everywhere you look. The staff was amazing and very helpful , especially Hemant Goswami. The food was also excellent and both hygienic and tasty. Large rooms with good washrooms and a beautiful view of the mountains

Terrible experience i had. They are fraud and cheat. We booked via MMT paid 6524 INR for 1 night. We wanted to book for 31st May but system took 30th may by mistaken. In multiple calls and follow ups MMT people says hotel is not ready to co-operate. Hotel person didn’t want to come on conference call. Our number they blacklisted so that we don’t call. They just wanted money and afterwards, they don’t even bother if person comes or not.

Our family trip to Seclude, Pangot, in the first week of May 2024, was overall a great one and the Seclude staff is a big reason for the same - the food was homely, and the location of the property is superb - about 45 mins drive from the lake at Nainital, on the Kilbury road. (the road is a bit narrow at some places - strictly for 1 car at a time.) . The rooms are beautiful, and very spacious and with amazing views. Very clean and well-maintained. But the price tag of the rooms is a bit steep, considering the rooms didn't have either a TV, or Air Conditioning. We missed the ACs during the afternoon hours - since it was May and it was a bit warm. Even the only window in the Butterfly room where we stayed was faulty (I have attached a picture with this review) - this is highly unexpected for the price we paid for the room. Other than that, the view was amazing, the staff was very polite and helpful (Special mention for Hemant and Manoj and Sachin). The food was like we were eating at home (it was great), and even the location is away from loud crowds - (though there are other hotels coming up nearby, and hence do not expect 100% silence). Oh, the best part - we saw a lot of birds while staying within the property - treat for bird watching enthusiasts!). Special thanks to Manoj bhai for helping us throughout the stay. It was lovely chatting with Hemant ji as well. Looking forward to visiting sometime again, preferably in Winters :)

Beautiful property with amazing views and hospitality. Visited there with my family and my kids loved it very much specially the food. All the staff members are very kind and helpful and they make sure that you had and amazing experience and can go back with beautiful memories. Special thanks to Manager Mr. Hemant and caretaker Sachin, Manoj and chef Puran ji. You guys are awesome and thanks for wonderful hospitality.
