1、前台服務態度極差，第一次打電話詢問是否有房時愛搭不惜理，到店後態度仍然很差，居然要100按金，退房時因為房嫂不在，加微信過了好久才退的
2、淋浴設施是壞的，如圖無法更換淋浴種類，鏡子除霧功能不好使，洗完澡後水溢出到屋子裡
3、房間內特別冷，進屋時像冰窖一樣，衹有中央空調，開了一個小時勉強有個10多度
4、屋子和走廊很重的甲醛味道

電動窗簾，智能馬桶，羽絨被褥極其舒適，可惜了這些，馬桶是堵得，屎湯子，地面是反坡臟水都積在門口！可惜了這酒店！
