My partner is very disappointed because they dont allow him to bring beer from outside and restaurant not good so little food in the menu no foreign food

Great amenities!but the food has a limited supply at night only ships and cup noodles is available after 10pm.but overall great experience!

I booked queen beds and was given double bed instead… we checked-in with my 12yrs old and I know that she is already considred as an adult so I paid for extra person… they gave me receipt but as per frontdesk they cannot provide with extra bed, theres no available… told them not a problem for as long as we have queen bed as wagt i booked… frondesk Ren ensure that. Upon entering the room they provided its not queen bed on double size bed I called but as per them thats the only available room they are fully booked!!! Ren assured for queen bed! Another misleading is the breakfast upon booking it was indicated that “buffet breakfast” but no its plated and also food is not good… we even tried their restaurant/ room service they are too pricey!
Over all — not a good experience room rate is too expensive and they their staffs have no proper customer service training

The view and facility is good, breakfast shows buffet on Trip.com website but it is not. Over all our stay was amazing!
