The rooms were a little small for a 5 star, and breakfast items were nearly over by the time we came on both days. Not very impressed with the hotel though the location was great, but not a 5 star in my view.

Great hotel stay in Naha. Although not in the middle of action, hotel is a stone throw away from monorail station and there is a Gulliver car rental counter right at its lobby which makes car rental so much more convenient. Parking at hotel is at ¥1000/day. The room we booked was L-shaped and very spacious with a separate living cum study area. The room is equipped with 2 super single beds (pushed together) and is sufficient for us a family of 4 (with 2 young kids age 5 & 8). It has 2 smart TVs, one facing the beds and one in the living area. The complimentary buffet breakfast was wide range and very sumptuous, even comes with free ice cream and sake. Would definitely come back again!

Conveniently located close to the red light district and walking streets. Just a short drive to the airport and Itoman area. If you are driving anything but a K-Car , you will find it difficult to find a parking spot nearby. It doesn’t help when anything taller than a Mazda CX-30 doesn’t fit inside the hotel parking lot. So if you’re on a road trip and need to stay around this hotel, choose your car carefully. For a Japanese hotel, the customer service is definitely lacklustre. I’m happy with self check in, but when the machine doesn’t work it’s not very welcoming when the disgruntled staff are don’t feel happy to help. The swimming pool looks amazing , but in both mornings I was there, they opened the door 15mins late. If you like a morning swim and expect a pool to be open at 7am before heading out, this is not the place for you.

I was very satisfied with the large facilities and the swimming pool at this hotel. The room was spacious, and both the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot springs, were very clean, making it a place I want to visit again. Although the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was absolutely delicious. I’d like to especially thank Ms. Jisun Kim, the Korean staff member, for her repeated assistance. However, during check-in, I was quite uncomfortable with the front desk staff member, HIGA, who repeatedly used the phrase ”as I said” while explaining things like the hotel parking. I hope this feedback helps with the hotel's future operations.

It is about a 25-minute drive from Naha Airport. Parking is convenient for self-driving tours, and the facilities are complete. There is a laundry room downstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with views of the swimming pool and Naha city from the window. The family of three enjoyed their stay.

Hotel is very conveniently located near the Miebashi station and just 7 stations to Naha Airport. It is also within walking distance to the Kokusai shopping street, Heiwa Dori and Makishi Public Market. Standard Twin Room is compact, clean and comfortable. However, the basin stopper is not working on the last night of our stay causing a slow drainage of water. No free parking overnight. Parking is at JPY1,500 per day. Need staff to open the car lift to get the car in/out. Can find cheaper parking outside.

Hotel Collective was hands down the best hotel during our stay in Okinawa! From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The hotel decorations and corridor looks a bit dated but the room is spacious and clean. Very very big room with no weird smell. Love the space. The curtains look dated. Overall a happy stay. Free parking so it is a plus point for those who drive. The cost is cheaper as compared to the other hotels I say.

The location is just a block away from the monorail station, and very close to a couple of bus station. It’s kind of like a plus size hostel. It’s definitely nice to have a bigger bed. But you’ll definitely be sacrificing the space for opening your suitcase. And there’s basically no sound proof between your room and the hallway. I was woken up a couple of times since some people closed their door and made the loud noises. But the bathroom facilities were impeccable. They have EVERYTHING. And their staffs were super nice. They were busy and I could tell they’re trying so hard to take care of everyone. And I really appreciate that.

A nice B&B with a female-only floor. I booked a double room, which was spacious enough and had a full-length mirror. There are free umbrellas available, so you don’t have to worry about rain. Get off the monorail at Kencho-mae Station and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the B&B. It is also close to Kokusai Street, so the transportation location is very good. Bring your own toiletries and towels. The only drawback is that there is no lift in the B&B, so be mentally prepared to bring suitcases. We two girls checked into the women-only floor on the fourth floor. After arriving at the door of the B&B, we first carried our luggage to the first floor to check in. Fortunately, the B&B staff helped us carry it to the fourth floor.

Very value for money! Room was a good size, amenities were sufficient. Linen change (per request) everyday and given new towels everyday. Breakfast included was good, there’s a variety of options to choose from, their taco rice was delicious! About 15-17 mins walk to kokusai dori. Train stations and bus about 5-7 mins walk away.
