Great hotel stay in Naha. Although not in the middle of action, hotel is a stone throw away from monorail station and there is a Gulliver car rental counter right at its lobby which makes car rental so much more convenient. Parking at hotel is at ¥1000/day. The room we booked was L-shaped and very spacious with a separate living cum study area. The room is equipped with 2 super single beds (pushed together) and is sufficient for us a family of 4 (with 2 young kids age 5 & 8). It has 2 smart TVs, one facing the beds and one in the living area. The complimentary buffet breakfast was wide range and very sumptuous, even comes with free ice cream and sake. Would definitely come back again!

Fantatstic place. The pool is clean. Have not tried the bar at night but during the day it was great. The breakie was fantastic, excellent food quality and a wide range of products for every taste. The location is the best. Bus stops to all places right outside the hotel, plenty of places to eat, walking distance to Kokusai street and of course 3 min walk to the ferry port, easy to catch a ferry to whichever island you want. Staff is super nice and speak English. I would defo visit again. P. S Rooms are small but comfy and clean.

Nice big hotel 10 minutes by foot from bus terminal and monoail station. Not very far from clean main city beach. Nice indoor pool with mineral water and jacuzzi. Nice thermal area with hot water. Shallow outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Very tasty breakfast.

The location is very close to Shouli City and can be reached in 1 minute on foot. The hotel is not far from Naha IC AC. It is not too traffic jam to go out on the highway in the morning. There is a family on the first floor of the hotel, from 07:00 to 24:00, it is very convenient to buy breakfast, buy milk, buy instant noodles, buy bubble. The front desk staff explained the accommodation service very carefully. The first time I got the wooden door card, I was very textured. As for whether there is a Chinese service, I don't know, because I didn't meet the Chinese service staff this time. This time I stayed on the high floor and had a good view. The room is a room type with two double beds, but the Japanese double bed is just bigger than the single bed. It is not recommended that families with more than Chinese students book this room type, which is more suitable for families with primary school students or young children. The cleaning staff is very dedicated to sorting out the room.

Location is the main reason I chose this hotel online, however, when I really stayed in the hotel, it was beyond my expectation. It was truly one minute walk from the railway, and I love the vibe in the hotel lobby. The room was comfortably nice, clean, and the music made u so relaxed. It was also near the main shopping center and food court. All in all, I will definitely go back and recommend anyone who is planning going Okinawa to travel to stay in this hotel.

Nice cosy hotel. We are a family of 4 and the 4 single beds were nice, soft and quite big and comfortable. The room was also spacious. If you stay more days, room is only made up every 3 days. They do provide toiletries that’s self service (free flow) that can be picked up from the check in counter. Toilet paper, slippers and comb is also free flow. The bath gel, shampoo and conditioner is also nice. The bathroom has a bath tub. If you are renting a car, you would need to check on the parking process more carefully as there are only 4 parking lots associated with the hotel. There is other public parking around the area that is relatively cheap but you would need to depend on luck for availability. There is a Lawson nearby so you can pickup the groceries you need from there. That’s the plus as there aren’t much other amenities around. Service will need to depend who you have on duty. As I stayed a week. We had a range of very nice service persons to ones that are not so patient as they often struggle to understand English. Thankfully there’s google translate, else ……

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I stay here, exclusively and usually for two to three months at a time. The hotel is typical of a Hilton branded hotel; very nice and exceptionally clean. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The thing that sets them apart from the others is how friendly they are. They make you feel like you are coming home after a long day of work. It doesn't matter if you are speaking with a desk clerk, a house maid or the general manager; they are all wonderful. I am going back in about 10 days for another 2.5 months and I look forward to seeing all the wonderful people at Doubletree Naha! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Southern Okinawa. Great hotel at a budget price!

The room is very clean and tidy, except there are sounds coming out from the fridge and the walls. The front desk won’t tell you anything about laundry, luggage lockers and other self-help services provide by the hotel if you don’t ask them.

While the hotel has limited parking, they made it easy for us by providing coupons for a nearby car park, ensuring we could park conveniently and enjoy our stay without a hitch. There are many advantages such as the exquisite location between Miebashi Station and Makishi Station, the valuable hot bath facilities are attached in Okinawa, and the breakfast menu is sober but elaborate with an Okinawa-like taste. On the contrary, it is a delicate hotel that makes a lot of disappointments. When I go to the hot bath facility, which is the largest urinary, for some reason the rule ”wear plain clothes instead of in-house clothes” is personally unclear. Rather, I think it is reasonable to wear it in the building to save the trouble of checking the room number at the front desk of the hot bath facility (in fact, the same type of hotel I have stayed so far is ”in the building” without exception). Wi-Fi is separated by the main tower and the East Tower, and it is interrupted every time it moves, and even if it is in each building, the connection is cut off in １～２ time, and it must be connected again. Vending machines are only available in hot bath facilities. Moreover, it is inconvenient that alcohol must go to the front desk by soft drink alone. The toothbrush of the cherry blossom amenities is not a type with small toothpaste, but it is a specification that ”the toothpaste is painted” which has almost disappeared nowadays. Moreover, since there is only one person, I have to brush it with a toothbrush with almost no toothpaste left in the morning. I noticed the disappointment that it would be a hotel that would be more comfortable with a really small thing ...

The reception at the reception, guidance, everything was great. It was a hotel that I chose right next to Tomari Port, but access is better than expected, and people who plan to go to a remote island by boat are highly recommended. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were beautiful. One thing that I was worried about was that the bottom of the bathtub was stained, but it was a bit disappointing, but not so much.
