The facilities are old and the rooms are small. We booked a deluxe twin room but were given a very small ordinary room. After complaining to Ctrip customer service, we finally got a normal standard room. I like Ctrip customer service for its quick response and timely handling. 👍 We stayed for two consecutive nights. The hotel did not provide drinking water because we did not book through the official website, even though we are also Hilton Hotel members It is better not to stay in such an unethical company and such an unfriendly hotel in the future

The hotel's hardware facilities are very good, and the service is also very good. When checking in, each person was given a piece of freshly baked pie. Because it is in the city, the scenery outside the window is not very good, but the transportation is convenient, the monorail is right outside, and the city environment is quiet and clean. The only drawback is that the bed in the king-size room is too small, and it is a bit crowded for two people to sleep. In addition, the air conditioner in the room is uncomfortable when it is turned on, and it is hot when it is not turned on. It is a dilemma.

位置及公共交通極佳，亦有泊車位供自駕旅客，泊車費略高，可考慮着量降低，例如泊車超過某天數可減收費。 有家庭房提供是一很好的服務。

人員服務態度很親切，房間偏小，地理位置離單軌很近，所以交通很方便，CP值很高，餅乾也很好吃

The hotel service is good and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is next to the monorail station and the bus terminal is opposite. It is also very close to Kokusai Street, making shopping and dining very convenient.

房間不大 但應有盡有 下次會再來的

This hotel is just besides the Yui Rail Station Asahibashi, very convenient for transportation, it’s also near to Prefectural Office and Lea Lea bus lounge, which you can join one day tour (Klook/Get your guide/KKdays) or take Lea Lea bus to American Village. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the room is ok, not very spacious but enough for 2 person!

房間的窗打不開，沒有瓶水。

房間不大，但是遺憾的是窗子不能打開，沒有新鮮空氣，衹能吹空調。以後訂房間對於不能打開窗子在意的要慎重考慮。其他都是中規中矩
