A small but cozy room. Hotel lobby is locked during midnight which greatly increases its security. Breakfast is decent. LOVE that there is a 24hr convenience store right next to the building!

The hotel is clean and coffee lounge located at ground floor. It is close to the monorail station - Asahibashi and Kafuna Asahibashi restaurant. The breakfast was great and definitely will come back again when revisit Okinawa.

Very comfy. The location is convenient and next to lots of convenience store and stations. You can easily travel to the famous tourist spots

Counter service was good and although English language wasn't their usual exchange, they did not stop at using Google translate to make sure that the customers are truly understood. Will recommend friends to this hotel.

Just a 10 mins walk from asahibashi station, hotel was clean and new. They are strict on check in timing and was only allowed to check in at 3pm. Check in was a breeze. Room size was OK and amenities was decent. Got a set of PJs too. Recommended for the good price

Really small room, with not enough space to keep our luggages open. Location is near the Naha bus terminal if you want to travel out the Naha area by bus. Walkable to the shopping areas - Kokusaidori/ Makishi. But thinking back, it may be better to stay at the shopping area so we can shop more conveniently.

Decent Room, nicely equipped with smart tv Not small as expected

We booked a 3 bed room. Initially we were given a spacious 3 bedder and we were surprisingly pleased by the space and the luggages that goes into the room The second time we checked in a few days later when we come back from another city, we were given a room half the size of the previous room! Imagine our disappoinment. We paid the same price but the room was so small.. there was no space to walk, put luggages for 3 people.

The first room I got check in smells really really bad and we(me and the hotel staff) believe it’s from the AC. I tried to turn on the AC for like half hour just to wait for the stink to go away but it didn’t work. So I called the receptionist and Mr. Akino was really nice and responsive who arranged me another room. As for apology, they offered me three days free breakfast. The new room smells a looot better but to be honest the AC still stinks from time to time and I can there are dirts and dusts. Highly recommended the hotel to clean the AC ASAP. The hotel price is super affordable and reasonable. The room is pretty and got a bathtub. You can’t complain for the price except for the AC part . Not too close from the train station, need to walk for 7-8 minutes but still acceptable considering the price .

newily built hotel in town center, just 20min walk from monorail station from airport. bed and a couch by the window were nice , pillows very comfy, definitely 4 stars, possibly 5+. its a modern Japanese style hotels with a standard compact bathroom which I do like. street noise hardly noticeable and elevators are fast.

Nest Hotel Naha Nishi is clean, comfortable and cosy. The coffee lounge is conveniently located at ground floor with a coffee machine for fresh coffee and hot water. There is also a toaster and microwave for hotel residents convenience. The hotel staff are courteous and prompt . Only drawback is they mostly only speak Japanese. So must use google translate to assist most of the time. Otherwise, this hotel is value for money located in the centre of Naha City.

nice and chit design, overall the hotel is still like new. We drive and there are lot of parking area nearby instead of park into the hotel one. they would offer you coffee drip bag with coffee pot, also free coffee at the lobby.

It is silent place but just only 5 mins to light rail station. Compared with other hotels in Japan, room is quite big with sofa and also washroom. Hotel provides free coffee after breakfast time, power your trip everyday. It is very convenient. Lawson and 7-11 nearby. You buy everything you need.
