My family and I had a great stay at the Rakuten STAY Naha Tomari Port. The facilities were all very clean as well as the room. My family and I stayed in the six-person room with two double beds and two single bunks on top. The monitor was great for watching shows together before bed after a long day of exploring. I do wish there was a kitchen or a small area with a microwave to heat up food. Overall, this was a great, affordable stay.

The kids loved the bunk beds. The showers and toilets were clean, but the toilet lid was broken and held together with duct tape, making it difficult to use.
There was no one there, but we had no problems getting into the building.

It was really good.
The facilities were good and clean, so we went with a large group and stayed there for a cheap price.
The only drawback is that you have to park on the street in front of the hotel. It's close to Naha Airport, so we stayed there for two nights.

It was my first time staying in an unmanned hotel.
Check-in and check-out were easy using the dedicated tablet, but there were no pajamas provided in the room and various amenities were lacking, which was inconvenient.
I wish they had stated in advance in the online information that there was no pajamas provided, and I think it would be nice if there was an amenity buffet or something similar.

I was unable to return home due to the typhoon, so I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days.
Although the staff was not there all the time, they were there from morning to evening, so they changed towels and amenities and kept the place clean every day.
I was unable to return home due to the typhoon and all the restaurants were closed, so I wish there was a microwave so I could heat up food I bought!
Other than the microwave, the hotel was very good, so I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.
