To be well trained the front desk staff for parking service charge of designated car park lot , I have been paid more than ¥4000 yen for one night parking fee ! So disappointed !

The hotel is in a great location, super close to the airport, but also to the city center, it’s like 15 mins walking distance and 20 mins to airport by monorail, so it is very convenient. The staff was very friendly, considering the language barrier, they still tried to communicate with us and at the moment of our stay, they were offering guests Blue Seal ice cream :). The room was small, like it is typical in Japan, but it was OK for us and it was clean, with a modern decoration. They also offer guests different amenities, which can be find at the lobby and pajamas that they leave in the room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay :) (P.S: Pic looks weird because I quickly edited my bf out🤪)

We stayed in Resol Trinity the last night of our trip in Okinawa. It was a great stay as the room is very clean and staff at Front Desk are very nice. Especially after stayed in hotel Nikko the nights before, it was a big comparison even though Hotel Nikko is supposed to be 5 stars hotel and we laid quite a lot in the peak season, their staff there were pretty much not that friendly towards foreigners. And their English is quite hard to understand. But when we came to Resol Trinity, we felt warmly welcomed and it was a plus to our last night in Okinawa.

Amenities provided and free to take outside the lift includes comb, toothbrush, razor, and cotton buds. Shower cap can be found at the public bath at thr top level. Facial items (cleaning oil, cleanser, toner, cream) are provided during check-in and one set per guest, which is only sufficient for one day use. Had to ask staff for more. No tea provided only coffee. No daily cleaning until the 3rd/4th day but will provide new towels, pyjamas, water and coffee in a large bag hanged at the door. Trash had to be brought outside the room for disposal.

The hotel is very near to airport! The taxi fee from airport to hotel is around ¥1550. The room is compact, and suitable for one night stay. Very clean, and the staff is friendly! The hotel very closed to Jack Steak house! And there is Lawson and 7-11 opposite hotel. Will be back again!

All best. Located nearby bus terminal, city hall, and shopping mall. Clean and nicely decorated. Room was large. Service was great. Public bathroom was impressive.

The location is very good that the bus terminal is only 5 mins away and OPA shopping mall is at the same spot. The room is spacious with 3 beds and we are able to open three luggages.

very good hotel, close to metro and bus stops. Clean and new. Nice staff. Would go again. Unfortunately no cleaning service for less than 4 nights stay (only towels change)
