今回初めてツインルームを利用しました。
部屋はリニューアルされていてバスルームも綺麗でした。
ただベッドがシングルサイズで自分にはマットレスが硬過ぎて熟睡できませんでした…。
朝食は安定のクオリティーでいつも通り美味しくいただきました。
あとスタッフによって接客スキルにばらつきがあるのは仕方ないですが若い男性スタッフが笑顔もなく接客が少し…。
それとマットレス以外はいつも通り最高のホテルです。

입구찾기가 처음엔 어려웠습니다.
시설 깨끗했고 조용했습니다.
주차비는 하루 8백엔정도 나오더군요.
렌트카가 있으면 머물기 좋은 곳이였습니다. 국제거리도 크게 멀지 않았습니다.

MSCベリッシマの沖縄への片道クルーズの後に2泊しました。予約はふるさと納税を利用して楽天トラベルから行い、ツインルームに朝食付きでの利用です。クルーズ後だったので大量の荷物を持ってお昼前に到着しましたが、気持ちよく荷物を預かっていただき、夕刻のチェックイン時には部屋に入れておいてくれました。そのほかホテルのスタッフの方の親切が記憶に残る滞在でした。新しいホテルも良いですが、規模の小さいアットホームな滞在が楽しめると思います。滞在中は１階奥の朝食レストランのサーバーのオリオン生ビールと泡盛の瑞泉、ハイボールが飲み放題です。ホテルに戻って1杯、風呂上がりに1杯、朝食時に1杯と楽しめました。部屋は普通のツインルームで部屋にも風呂はありますが、一応大浴場もあります。ロケーションでは那覇市内の国際通りの一番奥にありながら、奥まった場所なのでとても静かで那覇市内といった感じがしません。またとても歴史のあるホテルで、沖縄の観光ホテル第1号でもあります。レンガ棟、旅館棟、大道門、瓦石垣の４つの建物はいずれも沖縄を代表する建築家の仲座久雄が設計しています。2023年11月に国の登録有形文化財に指定されたので、建築付きの方にはおすすめです。栄町市場も近いので沖縄の「昭和」を感じるにはもってこいのホテルです。

昨年来久々の宿泊。アメニティは最小限。事前に用意するのがベター。建物別で和室と洋室の2種類。和室は利用したことはないが洋室シングルは狭い。金庫もないしいわゆる寝るだけというレベル。大浴場は古めだがまあまあ。コインランドリーは洗乾一体型の新しい機械。おすすめは朝食バイキングで別払いだと2,500円で種類はそれほど多くはないが内容はかなり充実している。さらにオリオン生ビール、ハイボール、泡盛が飲み放題とサービス満点。これだけで満足してしまう私だがやはり連泊したくなる。

コロナ前の口コミと最近との口コミにはかなり開きがあってこれは休業期間中部屋などのリニューアルに努力されたり食事提供の改善に工夫されたと聞いています。ホテルは和室と洋室を備えていて洋室の広さはルート◯◯や◯◯クラブと同等のイメージ。大浴場は１１時まで入浴できるのがグッド。朝食は宿泊者数によって少し品数に変化あり。内容にはかなり努力されている気がする。あとは酒飲みには幸せなビール、ハイボール、泡盛が飲み放題という点は最高。栄町エリアには近いがバス停にもモノレール安里駅までも少し歩くというマイナスポイントもある。旅行時期などによって価格変動があるのにも注意。

2022年11月2日に一泊しました。 色々細かいリクエストやトラブルへの対応が迅速で有りつつ、柔らかい接客で気兼ねない相談が出来て良かったです。 お部屋の方は旅館棟でした。休業されていて少し心配しましたが、改装を部分的にされており綺麗なお部屋でした。 立地については平日で団体客がいなかったためか、市街地にしては静かな環境で鳥のさえずりがよく聞こえ良好だと思います。 国際通りへの距離はバスかタクシーを使うのが良いです。徒歩では遠距離の部類になると思われます。 いい塩梅に年月を重ねて魅力的なクラシックホテルに益々なります事、お祈りいたします。
