This time I was interested in the history and architecture of this hotel. It was the first hotel in Okinawa after the war, and the building is registered as an important cultural heritage. The staircase and chandelier in the main lobby have a nostalgic atmosphere and are very nice. In the past, many famous people such as important people and artists have stayed here.
It is close to the Yui Rail Asato, Kokusai Street and Sakaemachi, and the local feel of the Sakaemachi Market restaurant district is also wonderful.
I booked a Japanese-style room because I was traveling alone, but it was on the second floor of the main building and was very clean and comfortable. The room facilities have been updated and are hygienic.
In addition, there is a large public bath, so I was able to relax and heal my fatigue until the next morning. I think most of the rooms in Okinawa are Western-style rooms, but the Japanese-style rooms are larger than single Western-style rooms and are great. I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity.
