The hotel is large, with a good onsen and jacuzzi. There are a bit too many people, too much chaos. The rooms are clean. The cleanliness of the onsen and the pools is unfortunately poor. OK for a quick stop before going to the airport, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay

Pros: -The hotel was clean and well furnished. -The service was friendly. -The Naminoue Shrine ane beach are very close. Cons: -The floor felt kind of narrow to fully spread my luggage. -The next convenient store takes 7 minutes on foot.

酒店位置離波上宮很近，離那霸港口也很近，離機場也很近，離美國村很遠，環境非常乾淨，還有室內温泉室外温泉，特別舒服，累了一天回去泡個澡，很爽，如果下次去還會再住這裏的。

酒店最大特點是有機場接送，小巴按照時刻表，很準時，回程退房，差了半分鐘，眼看車開走了，又多等了半小時。司機大叔很敬業，上下車都主動幫忙安置行李箱。最喜歡酒店早餐，除了沒有壽司，海鮮牛奶咖啡，精緻小點心都很贊。也喜歡酒店温泉，每天泡一泡，疲勞盡消。温泉提供的洗漱用品也不錯。 14樓酒吧➕收費泳池的視野可以望向海灘，看夕陽有不錯的機位。酒店周邊有超市，便利店，小餐廳，旁邊就是波上宮，離海灘僅10分鐘。唯一不足是交通不便，去任何景點要麼打車，要麼步行1.5公里以上搭乘公交或者單軌列車。雖然言語不通，通過翻譯軟件詢問服務員，都能得到滿意回覆。

The hotel is close to the airport and Naha's only beach. However, the connection to public transportation is very poor. You have to walk a long way. You also have to walk a few minutes to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, there are two streets with the character of a *** ***** ******** nearby. As a man, you have to be prepa*** to be approached. The hotel rooms could be larger, but the bathroom is very good. The cleanliness was okay, but I had stains on the bed sheets. The reception staff could be more polite, the rest of the staff was fine but could be improved. On the plus side, there is a free shuttle service to the airport and you can use the pool, sauna and onsen for free. However, 4500 yen is charged for the skypool, but this includes free (alcoholic) drinks. A little too expensive for what is on offer, but overall not a bad choice.

Nice hotel. The area is near the shrine and nice to visit. But it’s very far from public transport so you need to walk a lot or take a taxi. The amenities are ok, but very different from the photos. The Onsen is old and not well maintained. Too crowded of people everywhere. Very noisy. I asked a room fra from the elevator and they gave me exactly in front of the elevator. The breakfast sponsored as something special is not a very good quality. The taste is medium. I enjoyed only the herbal tea area. Too many kids around. The rooms are extremely tiny. The front desk staff is very nice & gentle. But they did not explained to me how to get to the sauna. You have to sorted out everything by yourself. Very nice the bar on the rooftop and I loved the staff at the sky bar.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of the spa facilities. The spa includes a sauna, a pool, an onsen, a cold bath, showers, and everything is very clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the fact that the spa is tattoo-friendly for both men and women. I have three medium-sized tattoos on my arms and saw other women who were even more tattooed than me — it was never an issue. I double-checked at the front desk, and they confirmed that tattoos are accepted. I'm highlighting this because I saw some other reviews saying the spa wasn't tattoo-friendly, but that was not my experience at all. The only downside I found is that the rooms are a bit noisy — you can easily hear what's going on in the hallways throughout the day, which is unfortunate. Also, the hotel is not exactly close to the city center; it's about a 15–20 minute walk. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the spa! Oh, and the bathrooms are nice haha!
