the staff of this hotel have very poor communcation skill.
There are dangers lurking in the room, and you can easily injure yourself if you're not careful.
I accidentally kick the door stopper and seriously injured my toe. I told the hotel, and i was surprised that I didn’t get a single word of compassion. They just said, “Why can’t you see it?”

It’s been a very pleasant stay, great location. We paid extra for an upgrade and the view was spectacular. Breakfast was good but the pool size is smaller than expected. Front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English.

Location is the main reason I chose this hotel online, however, when I really stayed in the hotel, it was beyond my expectation. It was truly one minute walk from the railway, and I love the vibe in the hotel lobby. The room was comfortably nice, clean, and the music made u so relaxed. It was also near the main shopping center and food court. All in all, I will definitely go back and recommend anyone who is planning going Okinawa to travel to stay in this hotel.

It could have been a 5/5 but on the last day, we asked for one hour late checkout & was denied even though we paid to upgrade to a suite upon check-in. To make matters worse, we asked to borrow two towels at checkout so that we can go to the pool to relax before heading to the airport and they said NO. Unbelievable

Lovely hotel ! The room is quite spacious for Japan and very well equipped. The hotel is well located right next to the heart of the city and breakfast is delicious ! Will definitely come back will in Naha

Hotel is very conveniently located near the Miebashi station and just 7 stations to Naha Airport. It is also within walking distance to the Kokusai shopping street, Heiwa Dori and Makishi Public Market. Standard Twin Room is compact, clean and comfortable. However, the basin stopper is not working on the last night of our stay causing a slow drainage of water.
No free parking overnight. Parking is at JPY1,500 per day. Need staff to open the car lift to get the car in/out. Can find cheaper parking outside.

I did not stay in the property. I made a booking for the wrong dates. To be fair, it’s a non refundable booking. I realized the mistake immediately after I paid. Trip.com helped liaise with the property but they refused to cancel/ change dates. Trip.com gave me some trip coins to defract part of the cost. It is really no fault of the property, but most hospitality business owners do try to help out one way or another, but not in my case. So, pls be careful with non refundable bookings.

This is what i would call a near perfect hotel, very good location literally 3 - 5 mins walk from the rail. Clean, modern looking with lots of amenities.

The hotel's location is great. 50 meters from the monotrain, it's just perfect. The hotel itself is very modern, well equipped. The check in was fast and got our cards in no time. From the 11th floor the view is amazing. In the room we had everything we needed, the coffe machine is just a huge bonus. Breakfast was perfect in my opinion. Very healthy options, loved it. Too bad we stayed there for just one night..
