Hotel is located beside a busy road which makes getting in and out from the carpark a tad challenging during peak hours. It is also quite a distance from the monorail station, about 15-20 mins' walk. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The apartment was surprisingly large and clean and relatively quiet with a big washing machine and small kitchen. There was some bike revving at the back lane on fri night but otherwise peaceful. Would highly recommend if you drive.

It is close to the airport, which is very convenient for those who only go to and from the airport.
The price is cheaper than ordinary accommodation.
No check-in is allowed after 9pm.
There are no cooking utensils, so those who want to cook should be careful. There is only one convenience store nearby and no other restaurants.

The WiFi didn't work at all, and even after waiting a while to see if it would connect, it still didn't work, which was inconvenient.
The room didn't seem to have been cleaned very well, and there was dirt in small places.

There was no toothbrush. If there is one at the front desk, please let me know. The parking lot was full and the closest one was a 20-minute walk away. I think it's about that long from the airport. The location was okay because there were convenience stores and izakayas nearby.

The comfort level in the room is okay, there are no services, the privacy is very good, and there are no equipment... there is a microwave and an electric stove but no basic dishes, which feels impractical. Also, since we are staying for five nights, should we give guests free parking? An additional day charge of ¥1,000 is much more expensive than the parking lot outside~~
