Small cabin and shared facilities - but everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was great for one night! But bring earplugs in case somebody snores in the cabin next to you…

I went there because everything else was booked. The capsule themselves are nice, but the guy in the capsule under me decided to fart the whole night. The decoration is cringe, but for one night, you should survive. The kitchen area looked great but i did not use it.

If you rent a hotel for the sake of sleep, go somewhere else. No TV, phone, tablet, or computer allowed in the cubby hole called your room. A plastic curtain what would be your door/wall. Allows you to hear every footstep, fart, and snoring contest. They have a bowl of earplugs at the desk.you will need it desperately. Cheap lounge for you to buy coffee or amenities other hotels offer. You are in a vending hell. Run!

Had a comfortable stay. It is quiet and very much among the residential neighbourhood. There is a couple of 2nd hand shops nearby with all sorts of things. The location is also easy to go to Senega island, Okinawa outlet mall as well as iias Toyosaki mall via bus. The hotel itself is also a good place to do some work as they are many hotdesk with power points.

It was even better than I expected. It is close to the airport, but the main part of the city was quite far away. However, with busses or the 'train' everything was accessible. The room was very nice and cleaned daily (except you asked for it to not be cleaned). The shower and powder room has a shampoo and conditioner 'bar' with a lot of different brands to choose from(at least for women). They offer free coffee and the staff is very friendly. They always helped you out with a smile on their face. The communication also worked even tho their english wasnt perfect but it was enough.

The location is just a block away from the monorail station, and very close to a couple of bus station. It’s kind of like a plus size hostel. It’s definitely nice to have a bigger bed. But you’ll definitely be sacrificing the space for opening your suitcase. And there’s basically no sound proof between your room and the hallway. I was woken up a couple of times since some people closed their door and made the loud noises.
But the bathroom facilities were impeccable. They have EVERYTHING. And their staffs were super nice. They were busy and I could tell they’re trying so hard to take care of everyone. And I really appreciate that.
