Very courteous and helpful staff. Hotel in a prime location close to everything. Only recommend a deep clean of the place due to the mold. But everything was far above and beyond. Will definitely stay again

Nice staff very helpful and kind. But the bed cover was stained and the bathroom was moldy.

Have breakfast and staff was nice. But bathroom and bedroom small for 2 people.

the carpet smells . you'd have to open your room door and window to try to sleep. the corridor smells , too. frond desk guy is not very much friendly. it's like you owed some money to him. a relatively worst experience I've had in Japan during the past 20 years.

the hotel does not have amenities so i put 1 star. the hotel is about 5mins walk to bus stop and aeon maxvalue (supermarket), 20mins walk to naha bus terminal (2 bus stops away), room is clean, breakfast is bread and butter. the staffs are friendly.

The hotel is located near the night life area, but quite convenient to get around. The car park is located few blocks away which takes 5 mins of walking and required a token from the hotel to leae the car park.

The location is great and strategic to go anywhere. ☺️

Roco Hotel Matsuyama is a very affordable business hotel and a good choice for travelers on a budget. Although the room is relatively small, it has basic facilities and can meet general travel needs. The hotel is near a hotel, and the environment may not be ideal for some travelers, but if you don't mind, the overall price/performance ratio is still very high. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to Kokusai Street, which is a bit far, but there are convenience stores nearby for basic shopping needs. Overall, at this price point, this hotel is worth considering.
