Everything is perfect except the actual sleeping. The door does not shut all the way so there's too much noise and everything is too close by, constant movement is heard. Pillow very thick and stiff, hard to sleep on.
It looks very nice, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is extremely clean but the actual sleeping experiences not good at all.
I would not go again unless it's quieter and they upgrade the doors of the bedrooms that shut all the way so there is no noise.

The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the international arrivals. The staff were friendly, and the facilities are new. If you have a suitcase or luggage, you can ask the front desk for a lock. However, the male shower area is split across two floors, which is not very convenient. I barely slept all night because I woke up every time someone opened a curtain. Also, the soundproofing is very poor.

I accidentally booked a room in the female-only area on the website. The managers were completely indifferent to my situation — they showed zero attention or concern. I arrived late at night when the airport was already closing, and my flight was early in the morning. All other hotels nearby were fully booked, so I had no choice but to stay and sleep in front of the airport.
Alright, I’ve already accepted that situation. But the fact that the managers didn’t even try to offer any alternative solution was really disappointing. Okinawa is a wonderful island, but I will never forget this hotel.

オープニングして間もない時に利用させて頂いたので清潔で施設に大満足しました。空調はほぼ個人で変えれないので暑がりな方は暑く、寒がりな方は寒いといった不満はありますでしょうが個人で対策してくださいみたいな感じです。貸し出しの掛け布団はある様ですので寒い場合は借りて対応すれば良いかなと。今回、meal券（4Fドートール）1000円分が1泊毎に付いてました。大変ありがたく使わせて頂きました。お店開店のAM6:30は混む様です。前日に利用した方が良い感じでした。あとは他のファーストキャビンと変わらないかな？と。男性側だけシャワー室はフロントがある2Fにあるので22時過ぎて利用するのは少し不便と感じましたが、同部屋にあると雑音とか気になるよりは別フロアの方が良かったのかなとも思います。大変満足でした。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。

清潔なベッドで若干湿気があるものの、蜂の巣タイプの空港ホステルより充分寝心地が良いです。空港の保安検査場が近く、朝一の飛行機に乗れる立地が1番のポイントです。
