Very old property, More like stepping back into a time when things were simply…older and less well-maintained.
The real issue, however, was the price. For the amount I paid, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and amenities. In today's market, there are significantly better options available in this price range. I've stayed in newer hotels with modern amenities and significantly better upkeep for the same cost.

Room is neat and clean but very small when we relate to the higher charge of about rs. 3900 per day. We can get much better and comfortable rooms at even lesser than these charges.

I recently stayed for a night at this property. It is conveniently located near Nagpur Airport. If one doesn't have much luggage, then one may walk-down to this place from Nagpur Airport in 15-20 minutes. The property doesn't have much parking space. Hardly 1-2 cars could be parked inside. The rooms are OK kind of. Not very spacious. The staff is helpful. Since the property is located adjacent the double-decker flyover, there is continuous disturbing noise since the windows are not sound-proof. The buffet breakfast has limited options. Overall an OK OK kind of hotel in Nagpur.
