The rooms are hygienic and clean. The hotel has great location near the airport.the checking done by kunal was hassle free. The housekeeping staff from 4th floor was helpful and friendly in nature.he give nice service.the towel art he made so nice . The dinner buffet have lots of varieties to have it. I recommend this hotel to my friends.

Location - great just opposite International Airport Reception - Average , no one offered well come drink which kept just near reception than I myself took the drink Room n Bathroom - Good , Clean n Spacious Food - Need to improve Service - Poor

The mattress and the pillow in the room I had is so good that I was able to sleep sound sleep I had I asked them to give me room where I can sleep properly so they gave me room accordingly. Thanks to payal and anjali because of them my stay was so good.

All is good but i faced some problem due to check in proces. Sudeshna was such a helpful she helps us evry minute. The hotel ambitious tlis too godd. I will really come back. I likes the good very far many variety of food available relayy enjoy the stay

The awsm and memorable stay with pride . Such a top notch hotel with beautiful view. The rooms . Banquet restaurant each n everything was well n good . Thought to stay in 5star hotel , but staying in pride hotel feel like real. Love the way sudeshna treat me . I would be love to share this feeling over n over again .

I came here for some business meeting . The hotel is very fantastic 😍.in service and cleaning. The staff attention towards guest si so impressive . Mis sudeshna is very helpful she guide us to fine room and take towards restaurant and guide us very well. Sangharsh is very co operative

Wonderfu stay with pride . The team members are so good has a cheerful attitude that very beneficial towards guest . Sudeshna have such professional attire with beautiful smile and saying namashkar traditional. The housekeeping employee such as nasirul.is very good in their work
