My entire family eats jain food the specially made jain food for us the food and service was amazing highly recommended my children loved the place very much the pool is amazing the top floor too is amazing the suite and room that we got to has all the necessities that we need thank you

All over experience was good. The first ever thing I liked the most is the fluffiest mattress. From front desk to other departments everybody was polite. But from my point of view if somebody came to your hotel for the first time please at-least tell em everything bout your hotel. Rest all was very perfect.

**Experience at Regenda Central Nagpur on 16.08.2024** The check-in process was smooth, but after settling in, we had to request several missing items in the room, such as disposable slippers and bath towels. Rooms are less specious according to the During our stay, the rooms had an unpleasant odor. We were not informed about basic amenities like newspapers, Wi-Fi, and daily water bottles per room. The common washrooms also had issues. Upon entering, the lights would automatically turn on, but within seconds, all the lights would turn off (in both the male and female washrooms), which left a very poor impression of the hotel. At dinner, we encountered the following issues: - Insects were found inside the menu card provided to us. - We ordered plain Dal Khichadi at the 1st-floor restaurant, but the dal was undercooked. - The soup we requested (without MSG and soy sauce) was bland, and the crispy vegetables dish was disappointing, consisting mostly of potatoes and French fries. We were told that an early breakfast could be arranged since we had to leave early (around 06:30 AM) on 17.08.2024. However, the options were limited to cut fruits, cupcakes, and a simple sandwich. When we requested a 1-liter bottle of drinking water, we were informed that it would cost us Rs. 120+ per bottle. At the time of checkout the hotel staff not able to provide us invoices for which we've paid with the excuse that they are yet to verify the payment with financial/accounts team. No bell boy was there at the time of checkout to halp us to shift the luggage from 2nd floor to ground floor. Overall, our stay at Regenda Central Nagpur was a terrible experience. This property is not suitable for either short or long stays.

Bathroom dirty. Room dusty. Ask for four drinks, receive one. Room vibrates with the loud microphone and music above late into the night. This compliments the scrapping noises above all day as they set up whatever is happening above us. Breakfast table not set fully: one knife, four people. Felt dirty and as though they had no idea. Oh! And the pillows are lumpy and hard. And there’s mozzies in the room.

The hotel is nice. Comfortable 3 days stay. Restaurant - Feliz Cafe is excellent. Breakfast n dinner buffet spread i big. Ms. Dhanshree n Mr. Raju are great in serving their guests and giving information about surrounding tourist destinations. Had a great time here because of them. Hotel room - 3 Restaurnt, food and service - 5+
