I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my recent stay. As a frequent traveler, I understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues I encountered during my stay were unacceptable. Staff is not trained well to attend guests, gesture was not good at all. Too much waiting time for checkin and checkout process. & misbehave with my family,Front office staff is not professional thye will reply like Sarkari babu.
