Super public bath is available from 6 a.m. on check-in day and can be used from 6 a.m. the next morning. Parking is free. If you only stay at night, there is a feeling of high price, but it is recommended when there is a lot of time on the day of accommodation.

Very good and friendly hotel. Swimming and gym have to be paid extra (also parking). Pool and gym open just after 12am, so can’t be used in the morning. That was a bit disappointing, but in total, we would recommend this hotel and felt comfortable.

First night was a bad night for me as I could not sleep , the smell of smoking cigarettes was so bad I had to call the reception at 3am I needed a change of room the next day , I did ask the reception as soon as I arrived at the hotel when I find out I was put in a smoking room and ask if they can change non smoking room but they say their is no room to change, at first I thought I could handle the smell, but to my mistake when I got sleeping ,my lungs feel like unable to breathe , even the bed and duvet cover smell of cigarettes! After my call 3am to the reception and told them I could not sleep , then he say he can change me a room at 11am . After the room change I was ok !

I stayed for consecutive nights for sightseeing. It was a pretty old hotel and it seemed to be a hotel that had been in the past, but I stayed because the tourist spots of 々 were within walking distance of me. The hotel staff was very responsive, and the room was cleaned to some extent, so there was no big complaint, and I think that you can get enough satisfaction if you just stay overnight. There are many restaurants, convenience stores and drugstores around the hotel, so I think you can spend it without any inconvenience. It faces a big road and drunken and water business people come and go in the downtown area, so I feel noisy even if I'm indoors at night. I was personally satisfied, so I would like to use it when I stay in Nagoya for a long time.

It was not heating anymore, and I wanted to put the place of the air cleaner on the window side, but there was no outlet and only near the pillow. Check out is smooth with a dedicated machine. Breakfast is never a lot of items, but you can wear gloves and enjoy it in the form of a Viking. The location is from subway No.7, but if you have a suitcase, you can go up to the ground using the escalator of Nikko Fushimi building from exit 4. However, you need to cross the crosswalk. I stayed with my 13-year-old daughter. I see a hotel with free sleeping under 12 years old at 々, but it was very helpful because it was not free to sleep under 18 years old, and the room rate of the former 々 was also cheap. Room is small and not clean for such a new hotel, the bed is tooooooo soft, can’t slp at night. Cleaners speak so loud in the morning outside on the corridor. Overall, I will not ever choose this brand anymore.

The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

I love the location right at the center of the bustling city of Nagoya. You can grab anything from last minute shopping to food and even a small supermarket at the 1st floor lobby. Connected to JR station and gate towermall below is Takashiimaya. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit with my family.breakfast was really good. Lots of variety to choose from.

Basic hotel but clean and well maintained. size of room is generous for Japan standard. about 10 mins walk from Nagoya station. There are fewer restaurants than the East side of the station so it's quieter in the streets. I will stay here again.
