Tub is very dirty, and the photo has removed some big one because I cannot image these were wipeable dirty. I responded it to the hotel, and they didn’t provide any solution to recover. After the discussion, they changed other room, but wasted my a lot of time. However, changed the room, there are some dirty in the tub. I felt very surprised. Hotel staff had bad communication via English in the night. I lived three days, and the pad of control are broken in two days, but I didn’t want to argue it with them in the night, because it may waste my more time.

I wanted to celebrate my 2nd anniversary with her this time and found a place to stay at a hotel on the theme of ”non-daily experience in the neighborhood”. The plan is an anniversary plan. It was easy to access from Nagoya Tsurufushimi Station, and the anniversary gift was easy to leave the day before. As soon as the hotel entered, there was a nice space on the left and right sides and the eyes were fins. The premium king room I booked was a nice space with calculation and it was a perfect place for an anniversary! I was able to spend a smiley dinner all the time. The hotel staff was also kind, and we were able to respond politely by email and telephone to questions and meetings about the anniversary surprise. Especially the dinner hall was great. Thanks to you, I was able to spend smoothly until check-in 〜 out on the day! Best bed for healing music and delicious food in a nice space. I was able to meet the visual hearing, the taste, the touch and the five senses of the person! I would like to stay with her again and come to lunch and dinner with my friend. Finally Overall was great, but there are three points that I was worried about (dare to be dry). 1. Decoration options The room decoration on the anniversary was only done by each. I felt very helpful with decoration options and services like other hotels.2. Flower Gift The bouquet I asked was nice as requested, but when I handed it over, I was 々. Also, when I handed it, I was handed over a bouquet of flowers in a bag, and it was a little disappointing that I lacked the mood. I thought that the flower gift itself may not have many requests, but the management of the handover method is an improvement point.3. Video Delivery Service When I was checking about the hotel at the time of booking, there was a lot of video delivery service. I can see the video delivery service that I don't usually use! ? I thought that it was the decisive thing to feel that it was suitable for the nest stay, but in fact I needed each account. I was also insufficient to confirm in advance by inquiries, but I thought it would be better to be careful because there are not many people who misunderstand me like HP's ”how to spend in the room”.

The hotel is located at high floors and gets an amazing view. I enjoyed the sunset once entering the room. The room and bed are spacious. I love it. There are several convenience stores under the hotel as there is a university nearby. The most important thing is the bathing salt provided by the hotel, it was the one that gave me relaxation. One thing that I want to comment is the area of the sink basin (as seen from my photo). The table around the sink basin so small that I couldn’t put many things for cleaning my face/hands etc.

Great location. It's about 25 minutes from Legoland. 4 hours without traffic from Kanagawa, Sagamihara. Paid parking is available. That is my only gripe that they do not validate parking. Not even for Hilton Honor members. 1 night of parking was 3000 yen. Breakfast was delicious. Good variety of food.

I got an upgrade and went to the room on the 9th floor. The small room on the right immediately after entering is the kitchen room. It was even equipped with a microwave. When you open the door next to it, there is even a washing machine. It is a specification for long-term stays. The bath and toilet are separate. Amenity is BVLGARI in a large bathroom and large bathtub. Nothing to say anymore. The room specifications are semi-suite class. Breakfast is a semi-buffet such as salad with American breakfast and Japanese set meal choice. I chose a Japanese set meal, but it would have been great if it had freshly baked soup rolls. No, it was a cold night with snow, but it was the best hotel stay.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Nagoya JR station and local sub-way station. The bus terminal which runs to the nearby cities and towns is also in the same area. The hotel reception is located on the 15 floor. It is quite easy to find as there are directional signs to guide visitors arriving at the train station /sub-way. The room itself is typical Japanese size, not too large but comfortable enough. Breakfast is Ok but not a lot of varieties, mainly Japanese and Western style. There are many restaurants located on the 12 and 13 floors, at the same building and the nearby station building.

Located in a place that takes less than ５ minutes from Nagoya Station. The location is also easy to understand. The room was large, comfortable and clean and satisfactory. The room space is a typical business. The bed was very comfortable. The water was beautiful, the bath towels were fluffy, and it was good to not smell strange. It may have happened, but it was good that I couldn't hear the sound from the surroundings. I was a little worried that the location of the hotel, the structure of the room, and even if there was a window, the outside could only see the ridge of the next building and there was a feeling of pressure. I thought I could endure it if I stayed for a short time. Breakfast is a donut, donut, coffee, etc. with Mr. Donut. I thought I would be fine without breakfast because there are many convenience stores and shops around. The inn was reasonable and helpful. I wanted to stay if I had another chance because the overall point is high.

Receptionist was helpful and polite. Fluent in English. We arrived at noon, but was informed the check- in time was 2pm. So the receptionist kept our luggage at the counter and returned at around 4pm. Love the location, the hotel elevator can go directly to B1, which is the underground shopping arcade that could lead us to JR gate centre. Also the famous cake shop ”Harbs” is located right at B1. The room had 4 beds in our bedrooms, was extremely spacious and well-lit. People say Meitetsu is an old style hotel, I admit it is, but mind you only old style hotels can give this kind of spacious room, where I could open up 3 28 inches luggage and still got lots of room to walk around. The washroom area is separated from the bedroom area with a nice dressing area, and a living room area. Highly recommend this hotel.

At this hotel, the reception staff are very attentive to customers. Good service. Can give extra pillows. In the case where guests stay for many nights and do not want the room to be cleaned. The housekeeper will have new towels changed every day. The housekeeper hung a bag of new towels at the door along with mineral water. For breakfast, the hotel will provide you with a coupon to eat at the restaurant next to the hotel. There is a long time period from 5.00~11.00 hrs. It is very good to take care of the guests. The price per night is not expensive. Considered to be a great savings for tourists like us. The location is very convenient for traveling. Across the road is the JR train station. Traveling is really convenient. And there is also a department store. There are many shops and restaurants as well.

This was a great choice for a solo trip! Location was convenient (~5-7 min walk from JR Nagoya Station), and there were convenience stores & malls within walking distance. Staff were friendly during the check-in process and very helpful when I wanted to leave my luggage with them before checking in. Rooms were clean & space was enough for 1 person (I had 2 pieces of luggage with me & a duffel bag). Amenities are available for you to pick & choose at the lobby. Didn’t try the cafe there so I can’t comment on the food. Overall a great place to stay given the price & value for it!

Eventhough Resol Nagoya claim they are tageting customers on a budget, the service i received was close to that which i would received from a 5 star hotel. I had a personal request which I asked the front desk staff to assist. The staff did their best to fulfil my request. I would personally like to thank MRS S Toma. She was extraordinary. As well as her colleagues M China, Tsuge and Kito. Would definitely return to stay here when I am back at Nagoya

You can also pass the underground street once you don't want to go out for several tens of seconds on the ground in Nagoya, which is hot in midsummer. Good room service. Room makeup is clean and tidy. Restaurant provided fresh and good food quality with different varieties. Good view at restaurant during breakfast. Spa environment can always be kept clean and good hygiene. Some suggestions: usually full during breakfast time. Need to wait over 20 minutes. We came across 2 times during our stay in the hotel. We arrived at the restaurant before 9am, but need to wait to enter the restaurant at around 9:25am. However, food will stop to refill at 9:45am. Not much choices or food left behind for customers. Hotel should better improve such occasion by extending the breakfast time to entertain if too much customers. Next, the air purifier inside room was found with error to the filter light alarm, but room service did not fix it during our six days' stay in the hotel. However, the hotel worth to have full marks on average. Will recommend Hotel to our friends.

The decoration of the room is not very new, but it is well maintained. The room size is suitable for one person to live alone and is relatively small. The service attitude is pretty good and the English service is pretty good. There is a smart toilet seat, there are stains on the inner ring, but there is no obvious dirt elsewhere. The chair is made of suede and is a little dirty. You can choose the softness of the pillows, there is a small refrigerator, and there are beverage vending machines and ice machines on the fourth floor. Good reviews! The location is very good, very close to the famous station and the underground passage in front of the station. There are rich food and shopping resources nearby, and there are many convenience stores. High praise!

The mattress capsule is quite wider than the same type of hotel. The ceiling is higher than normal, making it not feel uncomfortable. The male locker / shower room is on the 2nd floor. The hotel offers towels, brushes, toothpaste. Below the lobby is a coffee shop. The top floor is a common area to sit and watch the view. We can talk here, we have to check out every day. If staying for more than 1 night, we will stay at the same capsule all the time. The hotel will keep the key for us to inform the room number when we come back to check in again. As for the bag, you can store it in the locker during the day of stay. Very close to Nagoya Station, walk about 5 minutes to get there. nearby subway There is a mini-mart nearby.
