The bath and relaxation room were very good. Unfortunately. At the breakfast buffet, I packed the side dishes that middle-aged men took nearby in a tapper and put them in a cooling bag. I put 2.3 times with my familiar hand. I was attached to the front desk staff, but it seemed to be doing it routinely. I felt bad.

The room is very comfortable and the bed is comfortable

Great hotel. We booked with the breakfast option. Best breakfast buffet around with several American & Japanese items. We had a room with 2 twin beds. Beds were much wider than U.S. twin beds and could easily sleep 2 little kids. Room also had couch, table, 2 LR type chairs, drawers for clothes, safe, coffee/tea, hair dryer, robes, shampoo, conditioner & soap. Bathroom had packaged combs, razor, toothbrushes & other toiletries. Hotel was located next to train station so it was easy to get around. We could not hear trains or traffic. If you go through the train station and turn left, there is an outdoor shopping mall with several restaurants. We ate there as the hotel was expensive for lunch/dinner.

Room is spacious compared to Japanese standards. Location is not bad, just a bit of a walk from Sakae station, but still it is very quiet. Breakfast is excellent, and all around are convenient stores and fast foods for quick bites. Will book again if I return to Nagoya

Overall it is a good location spot to stay, decent room size for a family of 4 & very helpful staffs; however, the only downside during our stay is the amenities aren’t checked properly by the housekeeping staffs where they can have empty body lotion bottle for 2 successive nights (we spent 3 nights there!!!).

It was convenient location for a few minutes from the station. However, it is not very conspicuous along the narrow alley, so it may be better to guide it by maps without a sense of geography. I used a campaign for the prefectural people, so I had a procedure, but if it is normal, it is completed by self check-in, but it is cashless only. The room is functional even if it is not so large, and it is clean because it is new than anything. I thought that I didn't have to put it because it was not a Viking but a simple box.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 nights at the TIAD Autograph Collection, which just opened in July this year on weekdays in November. All rooms are over 50 ㎡ and are equipped with banquet halls, indoor pools and gyms. This time I booked a room on the Hisaya Daichi side, but it was a very comfortable stay. However, the tablet that operates various facilities in the guest room was not easy to use, and sometimes it was not possible to control the lighting and air conditioning as I thought. I was worried about the soft side when I saw other word of mouth, but I was able to receive good service generally.

SShani GoldsbroWhat a fantastic location! We were without WiFi after spending 6 weeks with Japanese Pocket Wi-Fi's our hosts had kindly provided. We wanted somewhere close to Nagoya train station where we were to spend a night before we left the next day for the Airport. It was perfect. We screenshot the route from the station and the question of where to exit it (it was Westgate exit) Then seriously, it was 4 min walk from the train (you could see the station entrance from our top floor windows), we went back there for dinner underneath it that night (Nagoya Kitchen, yum....) and bought our train tickets there then for the next day to save time. The staff at Via Inn spoke perfect English (even though we have been practicing our Japanese!), lent us umbrellas for the rain to get to dinner, WiFi at the Hotel was included, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and personal items as well. The room was exactly what we needed for the night, clean, with a great shower, a window that opened and all for a sensational price. C'mon! What more could you ask for! Thank you Via Inn!

CChoi TYThe hotel is located in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Nagoya JR station and local sub-way station. The bus terminal which runs to the nearby cities and towns is also in the same area.
The hotel reception is located on the 15 floor. It is quite easy to find as there are directional signs to guide visitors arriving at the train station /sub-way.
The room itself is typical Japanese size, not too large but comfortable enough.
Breakfast is Ok but not a lot of varieties, mainly Japanese and Western style.
There are many restaurants located on the 12 and 13 floors, at the same building and the nearby station building.

GGuest UserI don't know what the standards are for business hotels these days, but the facilities were well-equipped.
There was an amenity corner and a coffee server at the entrance on the first floor, as well as a microwave.
There was a coin laundry, ice maker, and vending machines on the second floor. If you want to reduce the amount of luggage you carry, you can use the coin laundry.
The room had the atmosphere of a typical business hotel, but I was surprised that the toilet in the unit bath had a washlet.
In addition to shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, there was also a liquid for washing your hands and face.
I only stayed one night this time, but I think it would be fine even if you were staying multiple nights. It seems they also offer room service for that.

AAnonymous UserI personally appreciate the location, it was easier than any other options we had around Nagoya since we’re traveling with a young child. Smoking in all rooms is prohibited as well. I noticed it’s harder to look for this feature in hotels in Nagoya. I have my son in tow and this is an absolute NO for us. The room was really small. We can hardly walk around the room. It was extremely challenging to takeout and pack our things because we didn’t have any space to fully open our luggages. Though as mother, I’m glad their walls are thicker than most hotels in Japan. We’re not troubled with the noise from the next rooms. It gives me peace of mind too that we’re not disturbing other guests in case. The breakfast was enjoyable at Yoshinoya. The branch is a heart beat away. It’s way better than my experience at another hotel nearby. We enjoyed the many pillows they offer. In terms of cleanliness, this could be well improved. For Japanese hotels I think the situation at this hotel is lower. I could see the dusts hanging by the wall and the bathroom door. It’s not helping that I’m one of those people who observes these things. I appreciate that they allowed us to deposit our luggage when we left for another city and got it when we checked back in. Saved us so much trouble. I will still stay at this hotel.

Despite the fact that there were only Nishiki and the influence of corona was small, there were many people who were quite drunk during the night around the hotel, but they were scared. The entrance of the hotel is difficult to understand, and there is a door of the groundless through the narrow road, so I was worried for a moment, ”Is it closed?” When I checked in, the woman took charge and explained very politely. Other word of mouth had a low evaluation of the staff, but would it change depending on the person ...? The amenities handed over by hand were the same as those distributed for free at a general hotel, but the pack of the mouth was for women. The night shirt was very easy to use with a separate thing up and down. Stayed in a sunflower room on the 3 floor but the room itself is very nice. The scenery was not enjoyable and it was dark. I felt a bit narrow but it was reasonable considering the price. However, the toilet was not flushed and it was stuffed and the feeling was bad, and the feeling became the cause of the worst hotel evaluation. (Please tell the cleaning staff in room 303) I was also confused by the mirroring of the TV, the way was complicated, I was going to see the movie in Amazon video, but I didn't succeed. I was able to go to the screen for iPhone, connect WiFi and choose TV ... I was watching YouTube without any choice, but the line was bad and it was not moving, and there was no screen and voice, and it was very misplaced. So I finally saw a movie on my phone. I think it's inconvenient for young children to use. Where is the microwave oven description? There was no description in the elevator, and when I went to the 5th floor to get ice, there was a microwave oven. It was a little shock because it was after finishing shopping. When I checked out, a man and a woman stood at the front desk and checked out to the woman. It was a pity that there was no morning greeting and smile. It seems that the rank as a hotel is low for the good death considering the price.

EEchoqq4The hotel is about a 40-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station (Shinkansen JR Station/Meitetsu Bus Center) (taxi fare is around 1,400-1,900 yen). There are three supermarkets of different brands (Lawson/FamilyMart/711) around the hotel. There is a commercial street just a 2-minute walk away: Mitsukoshi Department Store (Mikimoto/Play, etc.), Matsuzakaya Department Store (Diesel, etc.), and many department stores, including Nike, Adidas, Zara, Onitsuka Tiger, Acne Studios, etc. In addition, all major luxury brands such as Dior/LV are available, and there are at least 4 drugstores nearby! The location is very suitable for shopping, there is basically no need to go anywhere else! However, please note that most of the business hours are 10:00-20:00, and a small number are 11:00-19:00 and 10:00-21:00. Drug stores are slightly later, so pay attention to the time when traveling! The hotel room is okay and the bathroom space is okay, but the service staff basically only dumped garbage and cleaned the bathroom during the stay! However, if you are just shopping, then this hotel is very cost-effective!

LLYvonneLocation around 10-15 minutes walk from the Nagoya station. The room is quite small and a bit cramped, but it's good that they provide free breakfast from 6.30am to 9.30am. Breakfast selection is not a lot and are the same for the 2 days I have stayed.
