Very good overall! There's a really delicious tempura restaurant downstairs, located right off the lobby. A supermarket is conveniently located next door. You can also pick up a 5% discount coupon in the hotel lobby.
The facilities are quite new and excellent. Service is decent, although there's no Chinese-speaking staff.
Each guest can receive a complimentary face mask and a small sunscreen sample daily. Complimentary facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner, and lotion are also available for guests to use. Toothbrushes and other basic toiletries are provided. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, but the coffee quality is pretty average.
The location is excellent – it's right at Exit 6 of Jinshan Metro Station. Plus, there's an elevator available if you prefer not to take the stairs.

I’ve stayed various good hotels but the hotel is no.1 so far! Staffs are very friendly but polite, they offer special arrangements by observing customers, so professional. The room was nice too, clean and spacious. The 2F restaurant for Dinner buffet was impressive too. Would like to try 30F French next time. Definitely we will com back!

Room size is standard for Japan. Free breakfast is great if you can't figure out what to eat, the selection caters for both Japanese and more international taste buds, while the lounge offers free coffee & ice teas till 12am. Kids stay for free if using shared bed.
Since the hotel is location is very close to Kanayama station, going around Nagoya is convenient. Affiliated parking lot is available but it's very limited so finding a parking after 6pm requires some patient.

Super satisfied! The price is good, the pots and pans in the room have everything
Can cook well
Even the irons!
The suitcase can be placed in the closet and open enough space
The bathtub is big too
Very satisfied stay!
But the temperature of the refrigerator doesn't seem to be cold enough, it's still the same after adjusting

There was a long line at the breakfast venue. It may be unavoidable because it was Golden Week, but it seems that you can take out breakfast to your room, and most people only took out the curry, so I felt that it would be better if they prepared a lunch box with just the curry in advance.
The waiting lines were separate at the entrance for those who wanted to eat at the venue and those who wanted to take out, but when it came time to pick up the food, they were made to join the same line, and the people eating at the venue would not give way to the people eating out, and the people eating out got irritated and started shouting loudly. I reported this to the staff, but they did not enter the breakfast venue and left it to the guests' conscience.
I think the same thing happens on weekends and holidays, so I hope they improve this.

There was a fireworks conference on the weekend, and the hotel price has risen many times... I can temporarily stay for one night, and I will definitely not stay in this hotel for hundreds of dollars on weekdays... The single bed can just sleep for one night.

The hotel is a multi-tenant building. I arrived on an overnight bus, but they were able to store my luggage for me early in the morning. There were only a few steps to the front desk, but I still had to climb some. Be careful if you're carrying a suitcase.
The front desk staff were very kind and courteous.
We booked a room for four people, and were shown to room 602 on the sixth floor. There was one bathroom (with a hair dryer) and one unit bath (with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap). While the building and the room are old, both were new.
Also, the elevator only goes up to the fifth floor, so you have to climb one flight of stairs.
I appreciated the generous provision of amenities, including yukata robes, bath towels, toothbrushes, and hair brushes. There was also a refrigerator and TV, of course.
I felt there weren't many outlets for four people. I brought an extension cord so everyone could charge their devices. I think there were four hangers. It was hanging in a gap in the wallpaper on the wall, which made me a little worried about its strength.
There were two rooms on the sixth floor, but there was only one unit bath, so if we had overlapping times, we had to fight for both rooms.
The people in the room next door started using it when we wanted to, so we couldn't get our turn, so we headed to a natural hot spring about a 15-minute walk from the hotel that's open from early morning until the morning.
Also, the lock on room 602 was really stiff and I couldn't open it. I contacted the hotel, and they opened it for me, although they said it would take some force. I tried twice to open the room, and it didn't budge either time, so I think it might have gotten pretty stiff. I would have appreciated using lock 556 or changing the lock.
The room was very clean.
Although the room accommodates a large number of people, there were some inconveniences, such as only one unit bath, and my friend didn't like it. However, there are some positive points to recommend it, such as the friendly front desk staff, the luggage storage before check-in, the clean sink and unit bath, and most importantly, its proximity to Nagoya Station (the nearest station is Kanayama Station, about an 8-10 minute walk), and the fact that it's significantly cheaper than other hotels.

Great
CccxoxoVery near Kanayama station & easy to find. Just head towards North exit/entrance of station (you’ll see Tully’s coffee) & you can see the big signage on top of hotel clearly. McDonald’s & Family Mart right below hotel & Lawson next to hotel. Impressive spread of toilettries including sachets of makeup remover, face wash, lotion & moisturiser, show caps, hairband, thermal eye mask, toothbrush, shaver, comb, etc. Provide bottled water in addition to kettle. There’s also a mini fridge. Plenty of eateries & pharmacy around the hotel, including a small supermarket across the hotel. Buffet breakfast is decent too. Overall very comfortable stay.

AAnonymous UserNo baggage storage is very inconvenient to travelers especially if only stay for short time. It will be a great help if baggage storage is available.
