An excellent hotel with great facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. It's ideal for both business and leisure travelers. There's an underground passage entrance right outside, offering direct access to Nagoya Station. However, if you're traveling with luggage, you'll need to use the street-level route.

Extremely satisfied! When I was booking, I hesitated a bit because the total price for a 7-night stay wasn't cheap. However, I decided to book it after seeing that it's close to the station, has spacious rooms, and the beds in the twin rooms are larger than those in other hotels. Upon arrival, I was so glad we chose this place; it was incredibly convenient. Nagoya Station is directly accessible from the hotel. This made getting to and from the airport, traveling to other cities, visiting Legoland, and meeting for our day trip to Shirakawa-go all incredibly easy and saved us a lot of hassle. There's a food street on floors 12-13 directly downstairs, where we enjoyed several meals. The lobby is on the 15th floor and features Japan's highest Starbucks. A shopping mall is also directly accessible downstairs, making shopping at Takashimaya very convenient. For an extended stay, comfort is key. The rooms are spacious, offering city views. The shower is large, and the bath amenities are comprehensive. The complimentary capsule coffee machine and other in-room provisions were also quite nice. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with incredibly convenient access. If budget isn't a concern, I highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

Pretty standard by Japanese hotel. Simple, basic. Only wish they have provide cotton pads.

The ambiance is quite standard for roughly 500 RMB per night. I had a great stay at a Richmond hotel in Sapporo previously, so I decided to choose the brand again. Facilities: All the essentials are provided. My only minor gripe was the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room, but otherwise, everything was great. There's a convenient self-service station near the check-in counter for toiletries, and they even offer free face masks, which was a pleasant surprise! Service: The staff were very warm and friendly, with excellent attitudes. The only drawback is its proximity to the railway tracks. Trains run frequently from about 10 PM until 6 AM. The noise is truly irritating. While heavy sleepers might not be bothered, waking up to that sound can be quite distressing.

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station and is located in a residential area, ensuring minimal traffic and crowds. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab a beer at night. The breakfast offered is quite good, featuring simple yet tasty options like curry rice and eggs. The hotel room is clean and tidy, though a bit small. Everything in the room functions well. I stayed at the hotel for only one night, so I'm not sure how valuable my opinion is.

I am really grateful for Hotel Wasabi for being so accommodating. I checked out for a trip going to Tokyo but because I booked the wrong date and time, they still allow me to use the room until they proper check out time. This hotel located near Nagoya Station is one of my favorites. I have stayed here many times and I am always satisfied with the location, cleanliness of the room, and the service of the front desk staff. Especially the breakfast at Meilai which is very varied. Even in the following days of stay, there are slight changes. Being able to enjoy a variety of delicacies is a happy thing during the trip.

This hotel is a solid option for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable stay near Nagoya Station at a reasonable price. The room is small but well-equipped with essentials like slippers, pyjamas, a hairdryer, and a water boiler. While bottled water isn’t provided, it’s convenient to purchase from the nearby Seven Eleven or Aeon store. One of the best aspects is the peaceful environment. Unlike some modern hotels with thin walls, this one has good soundproofing, and the sliding door adds extra noise isolation. The air conditioning is individually controlled, making it easy to adjust the temperature precisely. The hotel itself looks quite new and is kept very clean. I had a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and professional, with one gentleman at the front desk standing out for his attentive service and clear explanations of the facilities. Location-wise, it’s about an 8-minute walk from Nagoya Station, though there is no covered walkway. The neighborhood feels safe, and there are plenty of dining options at the station. Some guests mentioned concerns about the curtain, but I found it adequate for blocking sunlight. Would recommend for short stays in Nagoya!

先日は大変お世話になりました。 お部屋は綺麗でした　が食べこぼしらしき痕がピザのファイルにありました。拭いてくれていればよかったと思いました。 横断歩道の音が気になりましたが、ベッドがとっても良かったので朝までぐっすりでした。🤭 朝食もひつまぶし美味しかったです。 ありがとうございました

Overall I enjoyed my stay here, the location is great and close to Nagoya station. Also there are a lot of convenience stores nearby. The thing I didn’t really enjoy is that the room was too small and stuffy, even with air conditioning. But I managed to fit in with 3 suitcases. For one night the hotel is ok. Also keep in mind that the bathroom is really small. Like really.
