The location is very good and the staff is nice, but the air conditioner is so dirty and the dust screen is too dirty and has not been cleaned long time. There is a lot of dust. We stayed for 5 nights and often had to sneezing.

Very nice location just a few minutes walk from the Nagoya Station with lots of shopping, restaurants. If you travel a lot by railway/bus or join some local tours usually the station will be meeting/dismiss point and it will be the perfect place to stay

Hotel is fairly new. Breakfast food is delicious. Room is clean but a bit small for the 3 of us. We cannot open our luggages simultaneously. We booked the corner room. Location is perfect. Downstairs is takashimaya and uniqlo and bic camera. Plenty of restaurants around. We have the view of the trains.

Location is excellent. Just above the shops and restaurants. Read that some people commented it’s difficult to find the hotel lobby, I don’t think so. In fact, there is a subway and a taxi stand just below the hotel. Will stay again.

Location is great as it’s just above the Nagoya station. The JR tower is an integrated mall with book stores, shops like Uniqlo and bic camera, restaurants, and even Takashimaya. Only shortfall is that the hotel does not have self service laundry machines. The view from my room is great.

Very conveniently located at the Nagoya station so it makes travelling very easy esp with a toddler! Also it’s above the JR gate tower and there’s so many things to shop and eat. We could easily head down to Uniqlo, GU, BIC camera etc. Service was excellent. I had amazon packages delivered to the hotel on the day i was checking in, and the staff alr placed the packages inside my hotel room beforehand! Also hotel guests enjoy special offers at the restaurants on Level 12 and 13 which included the v popular Sushi no Midori! We had our best meal in Nagoya there… super fresh and affordable sushi. The only thing to note is that the rooms facing the train station can hear them coming in and out so if you’re a light sleeper it might disrupt your sleep. We were fine with it though. I would definitely stay here again!
