Hotel room is big, staff are nice. Breakfast is included. Subway station is nearby, just few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants.
Everything is fair, good value.
No parking but they offer discounted ticket for nearby parking.

The hotel is right across the Kanayama station. Everything is quite sharp/clean/modern! We enjoyed the breakfast. I used the breakfast area to meet friends after the breakfast time was over.

The room is quite new, and the twin room is enough for two girls. The suitcase needs to be spread out in two separate places. The location is very good, just across the road from the east exit is the hotel. The surrounding facilities are very complete, including drug stores, convenience stores, large supermarkets, and 100-yen stores. The breakfast has a rich variety and the staff are also very nice. Pajamas are provided in the lobby, but they only come in one size. I rarely write reviews. I had a good experience staying at this hotel. I will stay here again in the future. There are occasional sounds in the room near the track, which is acceptable (the special forces didn't have time to take photos every day)
