All good except for the hot air system..it's dry and uncomfortable hot even we turn off the system. will need to open the window for air ventilation.
A lot of local food sourvenirs choices.. There is a comics section, good for children.

Booked this hotel at the very last minute but a really awesome price! Everything was great except maybe for the centralized air-conditioning/heating which locks you in with limited options and the vents being a little dusty. Sure the rooms were small but hey, prime location! Staff were uber helpful and nice. It was very quiet and they had much of what we needed. Will definitely consider staying here again!

The room was very clean. You got everything you need, including fridge. Shower was strong enough. The surroundings were quite quiet. Even though the room was a bit small, we were satisfied with it.
The services were excellent. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Even they would not clean the room every day, they would place a bag containg new towels in front of your room.
Microwave was placed at the common area at each floor.
In the reception lobby, they had weight scale for you to weight your luggage. There were comics in the reception area for you to enjoy.
We were lucky enough to receive a gift box containing cosmetics samples when we checked in.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the facilities and services provided by this hotel. Definitely, we will book it again when we come back.

Very close to the station and easy access to other places. But the room doesn’t allow you adjust the air conditioning, it is hot air all the time. I need to open the window at night , too hot during winter .
Also no room cleaning services , only give you new towers and put it outside your door

Small room but it’s enough space for staying one person. Location is the best thing not in busy area but close to subway not far from Nagoya station so it is easy to access main tourist spots. Love the spa salt so much. Breakfast is ok but food is the same every day. Maybe try to change a little bit on menus would be nice.

The room is clean, service is good. I really like that they have luggage storage. Location is quite hard to tell. It is good cause it near Marunouchi station but the point is the elevator is far from the exit near hotel. There is no exit in front of hotel street which I need to drag luggage through overpass. The first day is quite hard and tired. The second point that I don’t like is the elevator in hotel always stop at 2nd floor wherever you go up or down which sometimes irritates.

Very good hotel, clean, tidy and they provide a trustworthy and quality service. I went with my partner and we recommend it 1000%, if I had to stay again I would return to that hotel without hesitation

1) Dust on the walls
2) A bit of a walk from the subway station

The hotel is super convenient if you are planning to go to the Ghibli park! 5 min walk and you’ll get on the metro line that goes to the ghibli park!
The staff was super nice, they were very helpful and friendly! We wanted to ship our luggage to Tokyo and they did an amazing job! They first contacted our hotel from Tokyo to make sure that they would be able to receive our luggage.
And lastly the amenities I really enjoyed them all! There were several creams and toners and even bath salt so I really appreciated the attention to details!

good location, only 2 blocks away from hotel kanko, where the airport limousine stop is located. it is near subway stations and 7-11. It has microwave, vending machine and ice machine in certain floors. the lobby has a comics corner for kids. Since we stayed during the halloween, they gave candy treats for kids. You may take toiletries in sachet packs and bath salts for free at the lobby.
