I'm a local and I stayed this hotel because I had a meeting with my close friend at a restaurant near here. I didn't want to go back home in the midnight by taxi.
The location is good enough, close to Chikusa station. You can arrive at the entrance through the underground pass from the station.
The facilities are good, but not new, not super excellent.
To stay here one or two nights for a business might be fine, but I do not recommend you for tourism.
Good enough as a business hotel.

部屋中心にライト一つで薄暗く、カードキーではなく物理の鍵、ウォッシュレットが出ないなど、全体的に設備が古い。
栄から離れているので、終電後はタクシーで移動必須。
クリスマスシーズンなので割高なのは仕方ないが、割高感をすごく感じる。

ロビーも広くまた駐車場もあり良かったです。ただ夜中になるとロビーは真っ暗のなってしまうので少々戸惑いました。
