The carpark was full by the time we arrived, the man at the carpark was very kind and helpful to provide us a trolly and guide us to another carpark. Hotel is not as nice as the photos shown in the website, it’s a bit old and dirty, no view from the room, and the hairdryer is full of dust and hair, pretty horrible. Children need to charge extra without providing any extra service and we are forced to pay for the breakfast again even my kid won’t eat the set breakfast. The food was very basic, they served processed meat like sausage and bacon with no other choices, the Japanese style breakfast was sold out at the time of 9am. Bad experience here, not worth the money, not recommended.

The hotel was about 10-15 min walk from Nagoya station. The rooms were big and very comfortable. We love the beds and spaciousness for luggage and lounging. Service was also helpful. Thank you.

Service: We were greated warmly upon arrival, checkin was completed within minutes Location: centrally located about 8-10 minutes within walking distance of from Nagoya or Meitetsu Station. Food & Beverage services or convenience store are within reach. Amenities: the room have what the basic necessities during our stays. Cleanliness: cleanliness is impeccable

It’s a boutique hotel and it’s very new and very well maintained and managed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

Fantastic and comfortable hotel near the train station in Nagoya. I booked it for my return trip as well.

Everything is very nice, good breakfast, stylish design and cosy room, friendly staff etc. the only drawback is it's a bit of a walk from the station (more than 10 mins)..but around the area has many good restaurants

Eco conscious hotel. But the amount of waste and plastics generated beg to differ. Hotel is a good 12 mins walk away from Nagoya station. Terrain is flat. Nearest convenience stall is 100m away. There are eateries dotted in the area. Nearest subway station is a good 8 mins walk

Family trip with 2 adults and 2 children. Nice room with 3 beds, spacious to pack the luggage. Clean bathroom.  Staff are considerate and proactively offer umbrella to me on the morning with heavy rain.  Walk around 10-15 mins with kids to the underground station.

Although the location is not near Nagoya Station, it's still a nice hotel. The staff are nice, the room is also nice and comfortable with new style.

It is a stylish hotel located in the middle of the two shopping districts. The room is big with sufficient amenity supply, especially full facial care set that is a bonus. The set up of the ground floor enhance a relax mood for the tourists.

First stop of a 14 day trip.to Japan was this hotel in nagoya. The hotel and staff were so nice and polite and always welcomed me when i came back after a day out. The room was magnificient. Impeciably clean every day. Bed was so comfortable it would make you want to stay in it for the whole day with the huge tv they provide. The restaurant was amazing. Every staff member so polite and attentive and the food was so tasty. Compliments to the chefs who make the wonderful food you can watch from your table as they prepare. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Thank you to all for an amazing start to my once in a life time trip.
