Excellent in most aspects, great location, room is very clean and comfortable, great service, during our stay it rained heavily on one day and hotel provided umbrella for guests to borrow. Only downside is the lack of English speaking tv channels but it’s fine as we were out most of the day. Definitely highly recommend to those want to visit Nagoya

MISLEADING INFORMATION TO CUSTOMER
I needed a room with 2 single beds, so I filtered my booking for 2 beds when I book. Because of this, I have to pay more for my booking, but end up it's a 2 beds but attached to each other, actually was 1 bed. They didnt mention, they only mentioned the room with 2 small double beds, misleading me that the room set up with 2 separated beds.
If this time I travel with a man friend, it would be very awkward and embarrassing that we have to sleep in 1 bed together (they said no other room that night).
Very disappointing, really worry that will happen again in the future for my bookings, even with other hotel through the Trip.com.

Delicious breakfast.
Great service as they gave me early check in when I arrive 2 hours early.
Big and stylish room with a huge bed. The bed is a bit too big actually. It’s more than king size as it’s a combination of two double beds.
Not very close to subway but walkable distance to bus station and convenience stores.
Good restaurants nearby.
The room is clean but somehow the space attracts dusts easily.
