The room was big (bigger than the usual budget hotel). It provided a long table and was very convenient for me to put my stuff on it. The location was very good and closed to Railway Station. There is a coffee shop right across the hotel and a convenience store adjacent to it.
The aircon was not functioning, I tried to switch to 22C one night and hot air came out. I tried a few times and also the next day, it was still the same. I did not call room service, I just opened the window to let some fresh air in.
The water was not hot enough when taking bath, the hotel has set a stopper on the tap and I could not adjust it.

Check in & check out processing was quite convenient . One thing breakfast is not worth to purchase individual. Location is quite convenient .

Service: The service is pretty good, the staff are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. 
Facilities: All the necessary facilities are available, including a smart toilet.
Hygiene: The hygiene is good and meets the standard.
Environment: The surrounding environment is good, and it is about 500 to 600 meters walking distance from Nagoya Station. There are several convenience stores, including Lawson, Family Mart, and 711.
The disadvantages are also the key points: the curtains do not block light! ! ! It affects sleep. At 6 or 7 in the morning, the bed is very bright, and people will be affected and wake up. . . . . It is really a bit that, and it should be improved in the future.

The room is nice, with complete facilities, quiet in a busy area, many places to eat around, and a FamilyMart at the door for shopping. The front desk is friendly and the service is thoughtful. I will stay here again when I come to Nagoya in the future!
