Good hotel (your own room) with cheap price, about 800meters from Tsukiji-guchi station (Exit 3 has elevator to street floor). The front of hotel also have Bus station, it's convenient. It's very good hotel with friendly welcome from the uncle owner. There are vending machine for beverage and beer inside. Also have Microwave and pot for boiled water.

The single room with bed was great. The room is spacious and great. I only stayed for a night after spending time in Legoland. It’s a good experience. There’s a nearby udon restaurant. They also have mangas to read and their vending machines offer a lot of drinks and beers.

Due to a bus schedule, I was late in making check-in at 10pm, but they were very kind and welcoming (I let them know after getting off the bus. Thank you so much for that). The room I stayed in was quite spacious, and reminded me of the local community center. The bath requires one group (?) to use at a time, so if there are other guests ahead of you, you will have to wait. The bathtub was quite hot (this may vary). There are two pitchers and ice makers on the first floor where you can drink water as much as you like. The strap on the room key is quite large, so be careful not to hit it.
Apparently, you need to arrive in advance for breakfast, by 8:30am (this is uncertain. I overslept and missed it, but I'm sure it was written on a sign I saw when I used the dining room).

It's very close to the port and the aquarium, making it very convenient to get there. It's also close to the police station. There's no elevator, so heavy luggage might be a consideration. Overall, the value isn't great... The tatami mats aren't clean, and you have to make your own bed. It's more of a family-style hotel, but the overall toilet and bathroom facilities felt a bit strange.

I didn't read the details carefully before booking. The room does not provide toiletries, you need to bring your own. Only bath towels are provided. There is no toilet and shower room in the room. The shower is on the first floor, and the toilet is at the top of each floor. They are all shared. If you live upstairs with a large suitcase, you need to carry it up by yourself. It is really not suitable for families with children. Fortunately, there is a 24-hour Family Mart downstairs. The public toilet and shower room are clean. But it is very inconvenient without an elevator. In addition, the public toilets on each floor are in one room regardless of gender, which is too embarrassing. Anyway, I will not stay there again. The hotel is between Tsukiji Station and Minato-ku Yakusho Station, and you have to walk to both ends.
