The room is spacious enough in Japan.
The breakfast is also good btw.

Design was simple but cool. I was surprised that tourist can share congestion info. of laundry or restaurant at each room on a monitor.

We spended a night in a triple room, which was clean and queit, on the 12th floor. This was our second time staying here so we're pretty much getting around easily. The staff was helpful and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in time. The amenities were all you need plus iron and board stored in the hallway's wall. Breakfast starts at 7am and has variety of food. Recommend staying!!

Fairly new and clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonably accessible by Metro, coin laundry is available but on high demand. Breakfast a bit lacklustre but gets the job done.

The staffs are able to communicate in English pretty well. Amenities are available by the lobby. Bring your own drinking water from nearby convenience store.

All was pretty good, however do note their housekeeping is just clearing of trash which is also sufficient

Location wise wasnโt great. In between 2 stations ~8 mins walk from either and at a night entertainment zone. Plus point is that everything seems relatively new and value for money! Pretty clean as well.

Budget, cleanliness, location and safety. comfortable bed, pillows and quilt, yummy breakfast all of those were my considerations and this hotel had everything I wanted. Recommended.
