今までに全てのスター名古屋グループを利用した中では、最悪。駅から近いだけ。 3月22日 土曜日 ある旅行代理店よりポイントを利用して利用。 安く泊まると思われ、この様な対応をしているのか？ クチコミに書いてもその会社の担当者が、採用しなければ、ホテルの支配人にも伝わらず、同じ事が繰り返されるのではないかと考えられる。 クレームを受けてこそ、業務を改善し、人間としての成長につながることだと思う。 深夜休む時になって、リネンが折られている包布の右側に血液が付着。古い様だがここは、清掃担当の表示も無く、チェックアウト時にメモで血液付着部分を表示したが見たのか？それに、チェックアウトを促すようにバタバタと他室の清掃に入っており、落ち着いていられなかった。 部屋には、飲み物の備えも無く、自動販売機がフロントの有るだけなので、持ち込んで良かった。それともわざと置き忘れたのか？ 二度と利用したくない。

駅からも近く、リーズナブルで、古き良きビジネスホテルです。湯沸かしポットがないことが残念でしたが、あとは満足です。フロントの方の対応もいいです。

名古屋駅前の地下街「エスカ」E2出口からすぐ。 7階建てのかなり古い建物。エレベーターは小さく、2人乗るのがやっと。エレベータホールを囲むように客室が配置されている。部屋入口は倉庫のような鉄製ドアで高さが180cmくらいしかない。部屋の広さはビジネスホテルとしては普通できれいに清掃されている。風呂は狭く、トイレにウォシュレットなし。全館空調で風量の設定は可能だが温度設定は不可。最近のビジネスホテルと比べると設備は見劣りするが、駅近の立地と格安の料金(シングル1泊2,800円)を考えると十分満足できる。

かなり年季の入った建物。中は掃除は行き届いている。宿泊だけなら問題無し。パーキングは徒歩数分の提携先にて。駅近なので便利。周囲は飲食店も沢山有り。
