Exterior looks old. Room is newly renovated with microwave and fridge in the room. However all of us think that the heater is not working except the staff. We were told by the other staff there’s no limo bus service to the airport which we found out there’s a service 3 streets away or at the bus terminal from the tourist information center. Other than that, all was good.

fast check in and check out. lobby one floor up, either taking escalator or elevator (walk straight after entrance and turn to the back), english speaking staff, with hotspring. the room is clean but the wall paper need to be touch up a bit.

Princess Garden Hotel is located in the center of Nagoya, so it was easy to access major tourist attractions and transportation. The rooms and public spaces were clean and well-maintained, so I was able to stay comfortably for several nights. ✨
The staff was friendly and responded quickly to requests, so I was satisfied. There were many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel, so it was convenient for eating and shopping!!
Above all, it was great value for money because it had a luxurious atmosphere at a reasonable price, and if I visit Nagoya again, I would definitely stay at this hotel💚

The hotel is cleaner than expected, with bed service and no peculiar smell. The air-conditioning is a bit insufficient. There is a large bathing room open from 3 pm until the next day.

We stayed here for my daughter's ballet competition. The competition venue was very close by, so it was very convenient. There are convenience stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. The parking lot is directly connected to the hotel, so even high-roofed cars can park without any problems, and we had no trouble loading and unloading luggage. The breakfast was very delicious, and the bread was especially crispy and seemed to be homemade, and my daughter ate a lot of it. The bath was spacious and large, and there was a coin laundry, and the amenities were plentiful, so we had no problems at all. Thank you very much.
