The building and the facilities are old (as if I was back to Showa Era) but well cleaned. It’s a bit far from the nearest subway station and Nagoya station. They are saying that you can view the Nagoya Castle from rooms but you should note it depends on the room you’re staying in. The ramen from a vending machine in the lobby floor was good.

The hotel is located in a remote area, between two subway stations. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk. Plus, there are absolutely no restaurants or even convenience stores nearby.
The only advantage is that you can enjoy the night view of Nagoya, but the distance is a bit far. If you arrange to view the view from the opposite room, it will be pitch black.

Although the hotel is not new, it is very clean. It is opposite Nagoya, a quiet neighborhood, very close to the downtown area and has very convenient transportation. I will stay here again if I have the chance to visit Nagoya next time.
