The location is quite good. Convenient to reach subway and take public transport. Some amenities are a bit old (eg, kettle leaking water, cup crash), but their service is good and change the damage items to us.

Very convenient location, near the station, from where it is convenient to get to all the sights. Magnificent Japanese bath . The rooms are very small, cramped. We specially took the corner number so that there was more light. The carpet on the floor is dirty. Every morning we found mouse litter on the carpet. We didn't see the mice themselves, but every morning, lowering our feet from the bed, we stepped on small black poops. The staff is friendly and speaking English.

The HOTEL is located not far from TOURIST ATTRACTIONS.
There is a FAMILY MART nearby, and it is CONVENIENT to travel because the SUBWAY is very close too.
Overall, it is CONSIDERED GOOD for this PRICE.
You can LEAVE your LUGGAGE if you arrive EARLY.

Good location, close to Sakae Area and the subway. The room is clean and tidy and there is a small bathtub with bath bomb provided. However, the breakfast is quit boring and not Japanese taste.
