Fantastic stay at Base Layer Hotel Nagoya! Modern, spotless, and super convenient location near Osu. Capsules are comfortable with great privacy, and shared bathrooms are impeccably clean. Would definitely stay again!

There is nothing nearby the hotel except family mart. Very quiet at night. There is no daily cleaning. Have to request. Daily cleaning should be standard. Room is very very small. Too small to stay in fact. When storing luggage u have to store it urself on the rack. If the bottom racks r full u have to lift up the luggage urself to put it on the upper rack. This is the first hotel I have stayed that is like this. It should be like traditional hotel where the reception take the luggage from u and store it. There was a social event and we were provided drink coupon. But the drinks were all ran out except coffee. How do u expect guest to drink coffee at night? As room is very small there is no space to keep the trash till the cleaning staff came. I have to empty my own trash every night. This is ridiculous. Also to get new towels I have to leave my old towel outside the room which is very inconvenient. The bed and pillow was comfortable. That’s the only good side. Will not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is pretty mid, it's quite dusty and you can see the dust floating in the air (see photo attached). No housekeeping unless you stay for 4 nights. We were told that someone will clean our room on the third day but turned out they only put new towels in the room. What's the difference between this and changing towels daily? When we asked the receptionist, the response we received was: "Please change the bedsheets yourself".
Additionally, when we asked if the hotel could help with booking a taxi to the airport on checkout date, the staff told us to stand outside and waive the taxi the next morning. I ended up reserving an uber myself instead. Overall, we had an average stay and will not book this hotel again.

滿意滿意太滿意了！！這次行程三個酒店中最最最滿意的酒店！！
設施：家庭房空間特別特別大，在日本真的很難得了！！房間內就有微波爐和冰箱，冰箱有冷凍層！買的冰塊冰淇淋可以儲存！還可以加熱速食，買了盒裝的世界的山醬，也非常好吃，結果退房時發現酒店旁邊就有一家店！洗衣房特別乾淨方便快捷，洗烘加起來衹要一小時左右，機器又大又新，老酒店的洗衣房就完全不敢用，這家每天都想洗，夏天帶孩子太方便了！
衞生：新裝的酒店非常乾淨！乾濕分離，還有大浴缸！室內有加濕器凈化機，來之前以為會有點裝修的味道，完全沒有！
環境：離名古屋站轉乘一站地鐵到伏見站，步行十分鐘後可達，帶孩子行李走的比較慢，地鐵直梯好像是10號口。周圍有世界的小山醬雞翅也有鳥貴族之類的，步行可以到科學館、榮商圈，再感歎一遍，太方便了！
服務：前台有值班的服務人員，也可以自助辦理入住和離店，會發送一個二維碼作為房間鑰匙～
另外！！周圍便利店可以寄黑貓宅急便，步行去科學館的路上也有SAGAWA，寄到大阪酒店隔天到，兩個28寸行李箱大概¥220人民幣，按箱子周長計費，不計重。名古屋站坐新幹線的人太太太多了，帶箱子帶娃帶推車真的很不方便，把箱子寄走可是幫了大忙了！樂高樂園玩到閉園直接新幹線到大阪，輕輕鬆鬆❤️

設施：洗衣房給5顆星，掃碼付款自動運行，衣服洗完和新的一樣
房間雖小但安排的很合理，被子蓬鬆很好睡，主要新裝修，能開窗通風，很不錯！
服務：退房遇到清掃的小哥，會主動問好
走到地鐵站8分鐘內，對面有家飯糰店很好吃可以當早餐

the room is very nice. Despite being quite petite, you can still fully open your suitcase. The bed is very comfortable too.
Seamless checkin, and you use a passcode or a qr code to open your room door. Very convenient

One of the better and modern hotels we found in Nagoya. Friendly staff. Breakfast/coffee is also nice.
